They were very good at their jobs.

Ry-Tech is a great company to work with. Staff is excellent.

We had a horrible experience with them. Their communication internally and externally is a joke. I felt they took too much time after we spoke to them and told them to start removing our damaged wood. They waited 5 extra days causing additional damage. They did not clean up and left a mess.

Punctual & Professional

Pieces of my cabinet are missing, tile pieces were busted, oil spill on my property still not resolved, and etc.

Rytech got here quickly, were prompt in taking care of things, and keeping their scheduled time/appointment.

Evaluation for my project left many damaged spots untouched. They failed to correct or mark water spots that needed to be fixed throughout my home.

Rytech was prompt to schedule & arrive after my insurance set them up to dry out a room after a minor water leak. The technicians that came during the various appointments were professional & courteous. I'd recommend the company if you need emergency moisture mitigation.

The Rytech of Dallas representatives are very trustworthy individuals. They are very prompt on the windows they give for when they are showing up, what they are doing, and what they've completed when done. I do not just let people into my home, and I had no issues or concerns whatsoever when I was not home.

Everyone was extremely professional. I forget the lead of the team's name, but he was probably the most knowledgeable young man. He was very efficient and knowledgeable, and I believe he saved me a lot of money with how he set everything up.

Rytech of Dallas did everything they promised me they would do on time, and their communication was great.

They don't show up on time or do what they say they are going to do. They don't do good work, and they didn't follow directions. They also tore up our personal belongings.
