Areas Of Satisfaction - We had a pretty complicated project, as we had multiple elevation changes to deal with. I thought that PE did a great job on the design process. The design and execution of the multiple retaining walls necessary to handle the elevation changes was terrific. It flows beautifully, is extremely functional and creates a luxury backyard atmosphere that we will enjoy for years to come!

Additional Comments - Many thanks to the whole team at PE! It was a pretty intense project because of the terrain that PE had to deal with. The weather was also not our friend, as the rain was a real pain, causing multiple delays. But the team at PE hung in there and worked to finish the job in the right way. The execution is great and the look is all we had hoped for.

I was happy, but we would have been even happier with them if we wouldn't have been in competition with other people who were trying to get their pools done also. It would be better to build your pool when no one else is building pools. It just seemed like they were building a lot of pools at one time, so there would be about 3 weeks when nothing was happening. That is a long time when it takes 4 months to build a pool.

We have used Pool Environments on 2 different properties for pool remodels. We have been very happy with the work both times. As with any larger project there are always some issues, but Pool Environments always worked with us to quickly resolve problems.

Pool Environments is the best. This was my first time "building" a pool and had heard horror stories from friends who had done it. I looked at three companies when deciding who to go with... And while Pool Environments was a bit more expensive than the others their level of professionalism and preparedness was unmatched.The process was incredibly easy. They held our hand through the whole process and took care of every detail. Their scheduling department kept us up to date on each step and were very easy to work with. They also referred our landscaper and pool maintenance team to us.We ADORE our pool and the entire Pool Environments staff. Thank you!!

The finished product was to our high standards. The project took longer than promised, but the owner, Chris, got involved when he learned of this, and turned it around.
