We found that the roofing company was very professional. They took 11 hours straight. They were unique; we had a solar system on the roof that their company could not remove. We contacted the original installer; it was only 14 years old, it was obsolete. Leo, the onsite coordinator, found a way to do it; he removed them and stored them up, and the individual from the tree trimming company, United Tree Services, said that if they were in working condition, which they were, he would take them and ship them home to his own company. We called this morning, and they have in fact been sent to Guatemala. They did a good job in taking the job, and they were pleased in getting them off, salvaged, and used again. Very unique.

This is a company that goes outside and hires contractors.
I went through so much with them. It was the worst experience I have ever had in home remodeling.
They hire other outside people to do their work and don't even know their names or have information on them.
I had separate projects for the roof, siding, and gutters. I was led to believe that one person would manage the entire project; however, that was not the case.
