I liked the fact that the process was explained to me and I was kept up to date about everything that was happening. Many times contractors treat homeowners, especially female homeowners, like they are stupid and I didn’t feel that way at any point during the process.

Home Genius Exteriors - Cleveland did their work well. There were some details that fell short of my expectations. I had asked them not to remove the gutters, but they did. They left several nails on the driveway, which caused me to get a flat tire.
