I would not advise getting a roof replaced in the middle of a winter storm. You can't pick up the nails until everything melts. The roof looks great and we received good customer service. We can call them anytime we need to because of the cold. They may need to check the shingles to make sure they are laid down.

They were completely professional and very considerate of time. I had a blind dog and they moved his chair so he was okay. They were very kind and professional. They even worked outside in the snow.

You removed my gutter guards from my garage and disposed of them. You were supposed to come back and install new guards, but I have not heard back from you yet. It has been weeks since the crew was here. The yard needs to be cleaned up, and the nails removed from the property. I also noticed that my gutters leak when it rains, it has never leaked before. And the valley guards are damaged. I am also missing a small plastic table.
