The installation of the roof was very professional. I am a very considerate person understanding circumstances as they occur. Before having home genius install my new roof. I read previous internet reviews. The work home genius did installing was great. I reviewed the completed work and noticed just 2 minor things that needed to be adjusted. The previous internet reviews discussed the long time for home genius to respond to the customers concerns after installation. I requested for home genius to contact me to make an appointment to come and come fix the concerns. I have been working with them but it’s been over four weeks and yet no one has called to set up to fix the minor fixes. My estimate of time to fix the minor concerns is just one hour at the most. Because of this lack of timely professional consideration of home genius to respond
in fixing simply minor fixes after completing the work causes me concern of recommending home genius without explaining the lack of concern for the customer. Maybe you are too over work loaded and your service policy should be changed and your customer you are currently finishing the job for should be first in line to make sure his project is completed and not have to be delayed before the your next job begins. Maybe you should have a crew that responds immediately to set up a date and time to address the concerns. Years ago I had a roofer come and repair my roof. Because of his lack of response to address my concerns with his fix. I did not even consider him for this job that I contracted with home genius. Please correct your policy if this is your policy which I do not believe it is. As I said the roofing job was excellent but the follow up was not. Maybe the previous internet reviews concerns about follow up fixes were ignored by home genius.
