Process described by salesman did not align with reality. It did not go as smoothly as described. Project manager seemed spread too thin. His availability was diminished as a consequence. It took longer to receive even a brief response than I expected.

They quoted 20,000 then dropped to 12,000. During installation a quality control person called and said I needed fascia and soffits for an additional 4800 or they would not warranty the work. I believed the quote included everything to begin with. I would never recommend this company

I'm still missing a piece of facia the was supposed to be installed
