Customer service has been abysmal. In October 2025, I had my roof replaced. While explaining in detail the proposed work, the company rep said that my existing Gutter Helmet (which had worked well for years) was incompatible with the new roof. He added a new gutter guard system for more than $3000. The new gutter guard does not work over about a third of the front of the roof. In even very light rain, the water just flows right over the edge as though there is no gutter at all. I have called customer service four times – Dec 18, Dec 29, Jan 8, and Jan 16. Each time the customer service rep told me that I would be contacted immediately. It is now Jan 19 – over a month since my first call – and no one has contacted me yet. It is quite possible that I was called and I didn’t answer, but I’ve gotten no voice mails or texts. This is in sharp contrast to the immediacy of contact when they were selling their services. The new roof looks fine, but my experience with the gutter gives me zero confidence in the company addressing any issues if they were to occur.
left a work crew that could not speak English and did not understand the work order. With no project manger on site, they had to come back to complete the job.
The speed in which the entire roof was put on. The crew did our entire roof in an 8 hour day.

My project was not completed to my satisfaction even after the project manager told me it would be taken care of
We received a call the night before from the project manager stating he would meet with us after the installation to address any concerns. The next day, the installation crew left without updating us about anything. We emailed our project contact person as we had some concerns about the quality of installation and a drain pipe was missing, and they didn’t respond for over 3 days. There was no communication regarding how long the dumpster would stay in our driveway. Very disappointed with the lack do communication
