Batterbee Roofing was exceptional in every phase of my project. I was in New Jersey when the hurricane damaged my roof in the Villages. I called Batterbee when I was notified of the damage. They said they had a number of homes to check but they would definitely check my home that day. They made it to my home about 9:00 PM that day, inspected the roof and tarped the damaged area which was at least one third of the roof. A re-roofing was required. Not only did Batterbee do an excellent job re-roofing my home but they worked with my insurance company during the entire project; including upon completion of the project submitting all the forms necessary for release of the final payment. I would absolutely recommend Batterbee Roofing to my family, friends or neighbors.

From the initial presentation, through the setup, selections and installation, the company kept me informed and exceeded many of my expectations when it came to the installation. Additionally, they were able to assist and keeping us informed with a small issue that came up in regard to an issue with an old permit on the home.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone in orange county. Find roofers in your area. They're new in Orlando, and are not comfortable yet.

Batterbee Roofing did a very good job on the roof. I was very happy with everything they did.

The salesman, Mr. Carson, was personable and professional - relief from the uninvited roofer reps who promised a "free" new roof. The project manager, Martinez, made sure that every step occurred on time and answered our questions very patiently. The workers were courteous as well as efficient and did a thorough cleanup job. Using Batterbee cost more, but we GOT more. Good job!

The quality of products and the workers. From start to finish I knew I was in food hands.

Let's start at the beginning. Scott the salesperson was excellent and very knowledgeable about roof structures. This is a must in this field. Scott explained what he was going to accomplish to Michelle and me. Michelle fell in love with this house when she was here visiting her brother. The house was for sale, and Michelle proceeded to have the inspected. The house was inspected not once but twice. Both inspections were done about a week apart. Our first week in the house there was a roof leak into the kitchen area. This is when I phone BATTERBEE ROOFING. Scott located the leaks and damaged roofing shingles and took pictures of all of the damage to the roof. Scott has done temporary repairs to the roof. Water stains were not visible yet via the location of the leaks. Scott spent a lot of time in the attic locating other water intrusion. The attic on any given day could be over 130 degrees. Michelle and I ask Scott to have BATTERBEE ROOFING replace the entire roof.

Everything was handled very professionally. Martinez was the supervisor and kept informed throughout the whole process. The crew cleaned up everything around the house. Great job!
