The first people who came out did an excellent job, and the next group I had to call and call and threaten an attorney because I could not get anyone out. The fact I had to call and call is why I rate recommending them a three.

I did not get the Release from BuildPros that my contract says I will get after my payment for work performed. I have paid in full. I expect the full and uconditional Release from any claim or mechanics lien. I am reluctant to recommend BuildPros to a friend because they have have not fulfilled this contract commiment.

Build Prods did a great job on the roof. I'm very satisfied.

They did really good work. I think I could have gotten it done cheaper if I had of checked around. That is my only hesitation.

When trying to convince me to have some re stuccoing done, I repeatedly said no. Kept pushing & persuading me to change my mind. Representative Kept calling supervisor or somebody from management and giving me discounts, again I kept saying no cant afford anymore more work done. I was getting upset, I said no and no means no don't keep pushing. I was disappointed cause this CO was just like all the others!

Lee (window installer) was very patient and did a great job installing the windows for my two bathrooms. The windows were removed and Lee helped me to keep alarm wires intact and decide on corner placement. Also, Lee had to do a custom install of windows since the frame (normally external) had to also be inside a wooden frame already on home. A very tedious job to custom fit the new window frame inside of the already present wood frame.

Safe

Safe - Yes, cut metal strips from window installation as well as rain gutter installation were not where anyone could be cut. Additionally, clean up has kept my home safe to walk, garden, etc.

Respectful

Respectful - Yes, no problems whatsoever.

Communication

Communication - Yes, the workers spoke with me to determine how and where downspouts of rain gutter would be installed. They also answered my questions as soon as I asked.

Quality Of Materials - After windows were installed, outside noise was reduced. Windows/rain gutter/fascia board are beautiful.

I would like to tell them to come back and finish up the job and complete the job. They did not finish the job, and then they just dropped everything and left. I have tried to call several times, and they don't answer the phones.

So far, it's been excellent service. I was really impressed when the last guy came, and he sort of picked up the cement, brick, and whatever was part of their business. He did it like a search that the police to. He was very thorough.
