They were very pushy in the sales process. The sales person promised things that they didn't follow through with until I pointed them out. This includes not following through with the roof warranty registration, which took months of pushing and a lack of response from at least 3 different employees at Build Pros. They finally took care of it in less than 24 hours after very firm emails, with proof in writing and threats of causing them problems with Owens Corning directly.
