Everything was handled in a timely manner. The customer service was great.

I was very unhappy. They work was not good quality or consistent. They would work an hour a day, or two or three, and disappear for a day or two. I was very unhappy with this company.

Archer was very efficient in getting my work done on time. They were easy to communicate with and followed up on any questions or issues I had. They worked long hours to get the work done on time. Every subcontractor they worked with was professional. I would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend using this company, the contractors that they use have poor craftsmanship and poor communication.

They didn't do any of the work. They sent a guy out to do the painting, and the work was so bad, I had to end the project with them. Then the customer service was beyond terrible.

Both the Water Mitigation Team and the Repair Team performed excellent service and communicated what to expect with each visit. Josh on the Water Mitigation team was extremely professional and explained in detail next steps. Ian on the Repair team does expert work and was very professional as well. I’d give the whole experience five stars!

Will, the dry wall hanger and painter, gave a lot of attention to detail and worked closely with me in keeping me abreast within his progress and making sure that If I had any questions or concerns about what he was doing. He did the most tedious and time consuming portion of the overall job and I was somewhat amazed with his his results given the time he did it in. Nice guy with a great work ethic. I trusted Archer because they were recommended by the insurance company. To have that big name you have to insure the quality of the work is good.

He was excellent in explaining each phase of the process. He went above and beyond for customer service. He was available for questions and addressed issues promptly. Definitely satisfied with the results. Will without a doubt recommend Archer Restoration to anyone.
