The previous Supervisor was unresponsive and dragged out repairs. So much so that he was let goo from he company. While the project is finally back on track and being completed. The months of delay has left us frustrated and mad that it has taken so long to complete.

Tony is amazing to work with!

Your company's communication, scheduling and overall organization are absolutely abysmal!!!!

Unfortunately working with ATI took a turn for the worse very quickly. It has taken literally months for them to begin the work that needed to be done and its still not finished. When working on the bathroom that needed repairs, no floor protection was put down, they were cutting tile and storing material on our white carpet, which now needs to be cleaned. They've left trash and refuse on my front porch for a week, did not order enough material to repair our hardwood floors but they still demolished the floor so our living room is just OSB sub floor and will be for the next 4 weeks. Communication has been a nightmare and we basically have to harass them to get any kind of timely response or update. This is all repairs for a leak we had in May, it is now almost October and the work is not done yet.

The work was completed & was well managed. In addition to a bank error, ATI was prompt in issuing a needed credit check to correct the bank error. They misinterpreted the 1st digit of my check by $3K.

Not sure if the positive outweighs the negatives. May have had a better experience with another company.

They do fast and quality service.

We have worked with a lot of contractors, this was in the bottom of companies we have worked with.

All the technicians who assisted us were kind, thorough and professional.

Communication was poor and frustrating throughout the process. Work was not performed promptly and follow up work took too long to complete. Subcontract quality was poor, did not show care for my property or belongings in most cases. Details were missed. There was little to no oversight from the project manager.

They did a great job.

ATI has always been really great for me. They have a really quick response time and really take care of the situation.

the restoration began 0n 7/3/24 completed on 5/6/26 communications were poor and often inaccurate, promises were made and not kept.

Communication and timing have been terrible, and they had to redo work because it wasn't done well the first time around

For the most part, they did a really good job.

ATI was chosen by the insurance company, so I had no choice but to use them, and I would never use them again or recommend them to anybody who's going to need restoration projects.

ATI's restoration team did a good job initially-It seemed all personnel involved were direct employees. Due to the initial clean-up, I opted to select ATI for the full repair job, without considering other general contractors. Direct employees of ATI did a good job but the sub-contractors chosen for the different repairs left a lot to be desired. ATI really needs to communicate to the sub-contractors that they're working on peoples homes that were effected by disaster- Sensitive to their belongings, being displaced and strangers working on their homes. Quality of work was questionable at times and each time it was brought up, it was addressed by the project manager- yet the follow-up work wasn't to our expectations. It was a stressful process and many times it felt like pulling teeth and having to really fight for what we believed to be fair and quality work. It's my opinion that the staff at ATI felt we were being picky with high expectations but when you hire a premium company, paid a premium price (through insurance), the quality of work shouldn't be sub-par or just okay. In hindsight (and after knowing what we know now)- We would've interviewed 2-3 general contractors and selected the best we believed to have the care, employees(sub contractors) and sense of quality without having to argue, fight or stress for what we expect as quality workmanship.

Follow instructions on work order.

They waited a year and a half to bill my insurance.

They are quick and reliable.

They are quick and reliable.

Poor communication; extremely long time to get the work done; workers on-site not respectful of my property (used my personal tools; one of the day workers who I allowed to use the restroom in the unit pissed all over the bathroom floor and did not clean it up; they also left some trash from snacks in the unit despite having my own trash bags easily accessible).

Everything promised by Kevin Ramirez was accomplished. The Project Manager, Paul Embrey was outstanding to work with, as were all of the workers. Very respectful and professional. The work was beautifully completed.
