Great builder. Love my well built river house. Only construction firm that was capable (and willing) to construct the unique house design I chose that was published in Southern Living. No architect needed as Cook Bonnor got the plans for me and built it perfectly. In addition, Cook Bonner was involved with every design change and offered interior and exterior advise for colors, fixtures and decorations saving me time and doing it better through their professional staff from the start to the end. Project completed timely and no worry on quality from this builder who has been in business for over 20 years with no risk of folding (bankruptcy) like so many start up or less experienced companies. Put your trust in Cook Bonner for your home and never worry because they are experts as well in the homebuilding industry and offer great customer service for long term relations after the project is complete should I desire any addition or renovation.

Even though adding a screened in porch sounds like an easy job, this one was not. With complicated roof lines to be tied in and a curved deck that we wanted to keep, the project turned out to be quite a big one! However, the whole back of my house has been transformed and looks like the porch has always been there. What a lovely and gracious addition - not sure how we did without it! A pleasure to work with this team.

Clean & Safe - Although we were not in the area to observe, our good friends and neighbor who are next door to the job site really kept watch on things. There were never any complaints, in fact, they were amazed at how neat and tidy the work site was kept.

Additional Comments - We wanted a "wow" house and we got it! They really came through. They met and exceeded our expectations. Yesterday I spoke with Lance Pyle, the Wild Dunes Community Assoc Architectural Review director, who commented on what a pleasure is was to work with Cook Bonner compared to other builders.
