We had our kitchen remodeled and the finished kitchen is amazing!! The entire crew at Stevens and their subs made the transition go smoothly and efficiently. I was given the timeline about 2 weeks in advance with exact dates of who would be in the house and when. That schedule stayed almost exact except for a small problem with the countertop, but I had my complete kitchen just 3 days off from the original timeline. It is great to have Stevens manage the contractors and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Likely To Recommend - I highly recommend Stevens Kitchen to everyone considering a new kitchen or bathroom. The design was beautiful & very cost effective (depending on your choice of upgrades!)Everyone was highly specialized. Cadence was very helpful in selections, Shaina is a delight, Matt & Mike took care of everything in a very timely fashion.The communication & suggestions were spot on not at all pushy- but what was best for me & my project! Steve is very quiet; I had to think about what he was casually saying & pay attention.All follow-up was great.Bottom line- I have a dream kitchen with what I consider 4 special features: corner cabinets with lighting, beautiful farm sink, hood over stove with Art Nouveau tile, and the star of the show- a large granite island. Stevens Kitchens' sub-contractor replaced the popcorn ceiling in the master bedroom with knockdown. A crack appeared where new drywall tape was placed and was - supposedly - fixed, but the patch job is very noticeable. That's about the only thing we're not happy with.

Additional Comments - This was our second project undertaken by Stevens Kitchens. If there ever is a third renovation project we will call on Stevens Kitchens again.

Had some warranty work done on our master bathroom shower and Stevens Kitchens' sub Zlotz was extremely professional, maintained a clean work site and very efficient in delivering their warranty work. Arrived on time and took care of everything in one trip.

Installation Crew - All of the subcontractors used by Stevens Kitchen were very professional and delivered excellent service on schedule and when anticipated. It started with Nathan's crew doing demo and sheetrock, then Calvin and the plumbing team were excellent, Carlos and Juana delivered artistic tile installation, Zoltz delivered and installed the quartz countertops and thresholds without a hitch, Nick completed all the electrical neatly, finally Jeff completed all the cabinets with total professionalism - even while addressing minor wood issues. Again Matt and Mike from Stevens staff performed beyond our expectations and made us feel included in all the steps of our project.

The one-stop approach Steve has is super helpful. I have been sharing my positive experience with others already.
