I already have referred champion windows to a friend based upon previous experience. Nine of my current windows are Champion, approximately 10 years old and still performing well.

The communication was great. The company waited until we were ready for the installation. They worked with me on the design and it is gorgeous.

I loved everything about this journey with Champion Windows. From the gentleman who came to my house and convinced me that I needed this window to the managers Mark, Josh, and Jakeat Champion, who helped with scheduling and questions to Kenny and his crew who came to my house and installed the windows.
The three managers, I spoke of have been nothing but polite and courteous and helpful on the phone.
Kenny and his crew of installers were amazing and quick and so polite. I honestly cannot believe how quickly they got everything done.
Everyone at champion seems to work together really well as a team.

Bobby was so kind. Everyone was super professional, responsive, polite.

I wasn't home during the install but my pregnant wife was. Nick did a very good job on the install and his concern for my wife and child during the install was nice. He made sure she was a safe distance away just incase of anything airborne was harmful.
Mark made sure the timing worked well with us during our last week of pregnancy.

sales guy was promising....guy who came to measure had NO personality and measured wrong....wrong windows came so had to come back and then one of the installers cracked the window/sash....so this JOB is not finished since end of July....STILL WAITING. EVEN though they said the replacement window/sash is on the Service team.....STILL WAITING.

Professional, timely, and great attitudes

After agreeing to 12 months same as cash Champion wanted some money upfront due to a change. Only after I insisted that we go by the original deal did they come through. Also, when my windows were ready, I was only given 1 day notice.

Nick was awesome about explaining everything, showing me everything and cleaned up around the world area.

I was pleased with the work ethic BUT when the installation was complete I was surprised that I was told I could not use the window shades we had. So that sure left us thinking well what do we do now as they did not make any recommendations. After they left I noticed the top of the window shades on the door was not even. I did not want to move it myself because I didn’t want to be responsible for it.
A few minutes later I went outside and the screen on the new door was difficult to open.
