I was pleased with the work ethic BUT when the installation was complete I was surprised that I was told I could not use the window shades we had. So that sure left us thinking well what do we do now as they did not make any recommendations. After they left I noticed the top of the window shades on the door was not even. I did not want to move it myself because I didn’t want to be responsible for it.
A few minutes later I went outside and the screen on the new door was difficult to open.

I have Champion doors and windows throughout my home, I wouldn’t use anything else.

The whole process was very straight forward and they worked with us to make sure we got everything done that we wanted to do. They explained everything and made sure we understood and who to contact if we had questions. The installers were very professional and communicated throughout the process and made sure we were satisfied with the end product.

Keeping me better posted on where the process stood.

I feel like there was a lack of communication. The guy that came to do. Her windows worked very hard, but they was not informed that two of the windows was rotted and need to have wood replaced and secondly, there was a hot tub and they was supposed to brought something to put over the hot tub to keep from standing on it, but likely we had plywood and because they didn’t have wood for the windows. We’re running all over the place checking in our sheds getting a little scrap pieces of wood together for them to make wood for our windows to work that was not cool with us because we paid a lot of money for these windows and we feel like the supply should’ve been there on hand and then when they went to wrap the windows, they didn’t have the right color because they wasn’t the right color of brown so they had to chase that down too so it just felt like this time was a bad experience the last time you guys put our patio door in in our picture window went well and that’s why we got you to do these windows. We have several more to be done but this didn’t seem to go very well for us this time. We were very disappointed. We don’t even know if the wood that they put in there will hold because it was peace together peace by peace.

Everybody was extremely kind, polite helpful everything that you’re looking for when needing projects like this done fix any problems that I have I really appreciate you guys

We’ve used Champion before and we love the process and the windows are amazing

The quality of windows is not really good. There are sharp edges on the window handles, black greasy spots on the frames scratches in the frames and other issues with the manufacturing that are less than top notch. The installation was pretty good and the price seems really good. There are just some things that seem like they could be better.

The installers did not finish the job of caulking the trim on the outside of the windows.

Communication was great all the way through the process. The install team was great.

Windows are great but not happy with installation. I wasn’t told that shade brackets needed to be removed. After the installers left I went into the room and was surprised to find a pile of screws and brackets on the floor. I had to hire a handyman to install the brackets

Fast installation

We had Champion windows installed at our last home. The installation had included a metal tape of some sort which I didn’t see this time. The windows last time weren’t so dirty. The outside frames were painted and the paint that leaked under tape around the glass was not scraped off before installation. I hope we won’t have any water issues in the future in

They always arrived on time and kept me updated of any scheduling changes. The process was explained in detail and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Upon completion of the job the entire area was cleaned.

They have great products and awesome people

I purchased and had 17 windows installed. Two of them were incorrectly ordered/measured. I told them not to install them. They were told to install them anyway. I was told to sign the completion form and the two windows would still be replaced at no cost. I received a call from Champion that I need to pay for the two windows to be replaced. I would never recommend this company.
