I was going to complete this survey when the job was complete, but the windows were installed on October 30, and we're still waiting for them to fix an ugly bolt hanging from the bottom of one.

First they ordered the wrong material and had installed part of one wall with the wrong color.

Our window is not completed to our satisfaction. I am being told the area manager will follow up with me and hasn't. Communication is poor.

Incorrect trim was installed and hasn’t been replaced yet. The top of the door jam was completely unleveled. I showed the installer and he told me that my house is unleveled. I showed him that the door is level, why can’t the top door jam be level. He fixed it after I put the level tool on the door. The plastic is still on my door hinges even after we asked the worker to take them off. Huge scratch that keeps getting bigger because they haven’t fixed the off centered strike plate.

Everything in the install went pretty smoothly, however I would have appreciated more communication about next steps and when to expect workers to show up. Our dog is very sensitive to strangers around the house so I would have liked more time to be able to take her to my mother's house or to daycare.

My sales person was very knowledgeable About the product he had to offer. He was very helpful with me making my decisions. Office Staff was Professional with any questions I had. Most of all the installers I Felt they did an excellent job.

Price seemed high

They measured my windows wrong so they had to reorder two out of the three windows they measured. They never completed the repairs of previous installed patio door.

We have a window that was damaged when it was installed. We were told that would be replaced over two months ago. Then, they "forgot" our screens for our big front window at installation. THEN, we were told that they were never made...THEN they were coming...two months later and we still do not have them. So...what is the actual truth??? We were unable to open our front windows for a lot of nice days. We contacted our salesperson, who sent us to someone else, who sent us to someone else. NO ONE is helping. This should have been taken care of immediately. This is AWFUL customer service.

Sunroom is installed! Key does not lock door ! Keys were found in the door on the day three seasons room was completed. Just tried out the key today.
Also , Light is not working properly outside!

First of all the masons did a very professional job and the finished floor was perfect. Next Dino and Victor did an excellent job putting the structure together. They were very easy to work with and were attentive to all our concerns. They were key to a perfect building.

The process from start to finish was less time than I had expected.

I really like their high-quality windows and professional and courteous employees.

Took a long time to get my doors, failed to measure one of my doors correctly, had to wait almost 3 more months for the next one, and I didn't get my first door fully installed, now waiting to get it finished yet. Absurd.

Measurement and instal issues, was called by campion about install and I told her of my issues she said she would pass that on and my phone has been silent like they don’t give a darn!!!

The sales rep was super nice but way too extensive in his pitch. We knew we were ready to sign and could’ve saved an hour & a half from our day.

The scheduling part was a nightmare, I had to be the one initiating all the calls. The installation left a crack on our window & scheduling to get that fixed was even more of a nightmare UGH. Husband had to leave work early twice only for them to show up early. Comms was trash tbh.
