Have only had the windows for a very short time, we switched out double hung for sliders and open and close easily.
Installation was wonderful I have to give a shout out to Pete, he is professional, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Camden who came out on the 1st install was also very courteous.

Please see question number 2.

I’ll see how window holds up during inclement weather. Don’t like arching trim inside windows during hot weather in July/august

Very good quality u get what u pay for

My sales rep, Gage, was great to work with. The scheduling process was a bit frustrating. I'd be told a date, then receive no follow up or information. I had to call seeveral times to get an update on my installation timeline. The install was completed by a 3rd party contractor and he was okay...some of the pieces came incorrect and had to be replaced at a later time. It wasn't a completely smooth process, but it could have been much worse. In the end, Champion had everything rectified and my door works perfectly.

I have trusted Champions quality and efficiency for many years.

The installers were great, the quality looks good but I have asked a simple yes or no question 3 times and NO ONE will give me an answer. I simply wanted to know if the windows would qualify for a tax credit.

Amazing quality materials and workmanship.

Receipts and better financial information by process

Replacing patio door has been great experience throughout. This door needed replacing for more than a decade when competitors like Anderson failed to deliver. But Champion made it simple! Love our beautiful new door and whole process was simple and hassle free!

The techs were very quiet and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and neatly.

The company provided timely and professional service from the first contact with the salesman to the installer.
