My sales rep, Gage, was great to work with. The scheduling process was a bit frustrating. I'd be told a date, then receive no follow up or information. I had to call seeveral times to get an update on my installation timeline. The install was completed by a 3rd party contractor and he was okay...some of the pieces came incorrect and had to be replaced at a later time. It wasn't a completely smooth process, but it could have been much worse. In the end, Champion had everything rectified and my door works perfectly.

I have trusted Champions quality and efficiency for many years.

The installers were great, the quality looks good but I have asked a simple yes or no question 3 times and NO ONE will give me an answer. I simply wanted to know if the windows would qualify for a tax credit.

Replacing patio door has been great experience throughout. This door needed replacing for more than a decade when competitors like Anderson failed to deliver. But Champion made it simple! Love our beautiful new door and whole process was simple and hassle free!

The first crew that came out said the basement windows had been mismeasured. Caused a delay and was not true. Didn’t clean up after either.

A matter of overall cost. It was more than double what I paid 10 years ago at our other home. I know nothing gets cheaper, but I had hoped it would be less. I must say that I do love the new look and the windows appear for now to be efficient as promised.

The installer was excellent and did an amazing job. He cleaned up the site perfectly when he was finished.

Windows were left not square, window do not side right in place. I called Braden, the same day of service, as soon as we discovered it. The installer opened and closed all windows on final inspection. We called him out on the one in the back bedroom, but he basically ignored me. This is after I pointed out the living room window frame was sagging in the middle as they started to caulk! They had to fix it. Anyway, Braden told me he would tell the manager about it and I should receive a call. That was Wednesday, a week ago, still no call.

I really don't know, I've never recommended window companies to someone before. I was satisfied with service, window seems to be higher quality, but it is pricey. And until I've had these for a few years, I'm not sure what my final opinion will be.

So far, no surprises. Always a good sign that these guys are good. Quality is top notch. I’m getting everything that the they said I’d get.

Many issues with the quality of the windows, install not complete, installers leaving windows / frames dirty, etc. I have listed complaints with Champion and finding more issues

Communication is not the best.

I am very pleased with my project but it’s a little more costly than my budget.

Very professional and very friendly, my windows look amazing and when they finished working they cleaned up their mess.

Never got an invoice that explained what I purchased, what was on sale, where were my savings, what am I paying for, how many windows and the cost of each. I just cannot fathom why this is such a difficult request to fulfill.
HINT: I NEED THIS FOR TAX CREDIT NEXT YEAR!!!!!

I was impressed with the Siding, but I had 9 windows replaced by another company (Window Depot) because was better value than the deal offered by Champion.

After job completion could have been more promt in clearing scrap…my sales agreement indicated Canyon color gutters to match my fascia but instead received Terratone color gutters…close match but not what I was expecting

The windows appear to be quality and are very nice, however we are not as happy with the appearance of the metal framing and finish work. They were working with existing wood framing so we did not expect things to be perfect but do think for the financial investment the final results should have been nicer.

We would not recommend and decided to use another company for the second half of the project. Solely due to the quality of the windows and doors - prior experiences the products left and looked more robust - for the MK ey we now feel other windows and doors offer a better product
