Had a screen room addition. Salesman oversold the project and the product. Installers were good, did the best they could with what they had to do. The product unfortunately is not anything like the salesman described. Looks cheap and badly finished for 45k.

Their products are great. Service was prompt and no problems with my orders.

Started 2 months late and now waiting for a part that's going to take a month to get and install. May now ?? completed.

Salesman took way too long and was not a great experience however the process after was great. Installers were top notch. Communication for delays in windows and installation due to weather was wonderful. Having the warrenty is great price of mind.

I love the whole process from the beginning till the end. Our sales rep Terry was amazing and explained everything in detail very calm and friendly. I will say even with the discounts it is a bit expensive but the look and the quality are top tier. Everyone that came to replace either the windows or the doors was very respectful they cleaned up after themselves they were friendly had lots of respect and got the job done as quickly as possible.

Get your door technicians to finish the freaking jobs. Half way done ...here and there dont cut a job as being even half done !!!!
