I had an awesome experience with everyone representing Champion.

For a project that cost nearly $20,000, I expected much better craftsmanship. The windows themselves appear to be high quality, but the installation work left a lot to be desired. Bent flashing, exposed nails, and excessive caulk smeared around the windows are not the level of finish I expected.
To make matters worse, 2 of the 11 windows were installed incorrectly, and I had to wait weeks for replacements and proper installation. The crew also left behind trash and even broken tape measures.
Overall, this felt like a typical contractor experience rather than a premium service. The product may be good, but the workmanship and attention to detail were disappointing.

Felt pressured to purchase on the day my sales person came to give me an estimate. One of my windows came in wrong and my crank window already is not working.
The windows do look good and I feel the quality is good.

Contractor hired through champion went with what was there versus professional opinion or what was correct and what should have been

Sales and administration. Unable to provide any kind of breakdown of the job. Random number thrown out to see if we’d proceed. Pressured into decide or this offer goes away. Very shady practice leading me to believe they are going to try to get as much out of you as they can. Don’t use this company.

Everything looks great, very professional looking, workers were very polite, did an excellent job on cleaning up after the job was finished.

Windows are wonderful. They truly have been all that was mentioned so far

The windows are amazing. My one complaint is the install guys left broken glass all over our property when they pulled out the old windows. We have grandchildren and dogs that could get injured from this broken glass. Everything else was perfect!

I like the ease of use, although I can not lift with one finger like I was told, but still way easier than what I had. I like it that you don’t feel the heat coming through the windows. I like that they were able to put them in pretty fast.

I love my new windows. They're very crisp and clean.

Have installers clean windows post installation without be ask to do so.

Pros: warranty is a true life time of the window, made in USA, employees seem happy, energy efficient product
Cons: the sale has to happen during the quote for the best deal. It feels like a pressure technique. Communication between sale and install was time consuming and inconvenient. Perhaps a texting service would help.

Every contact was a positive experience. From the consultation meeting, purchase, status updates, and installation was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

I give a 7 just because of the minor damage to wooden window when old one was taken out. Maybe it was voidable, maybe it wasn’t. But for the price of how much the windows were I would expect them to be more careful.
