More consistency in the sales process. Focus installers on best practices for protecting the home they are working on.

Communication needs to be better

Two of the glass panels had noticeable scratches (one was 13 inches long). Both panels are on order to be replaced. These scratches should have been noticed ahead of time. Also, one of the glass patio doors seems to have some cleaning lines/smudges in-between the panes. I am waiting for the on-order panels to be replaced before going after this issue. When one of the fixed glass panels was installed, the installer was too heavy with the caulk. This resulted in a portion of the outside caulk strip to be uneven and highly noticeable from the inside. When asked, the installer removed that section and re-calked. However, this left smears on the window that I had to clean afterwards. Overall, I like the porch enclosure, and the installation was done well. For the cost, there shouldn't be any glass panel quality problems. So far, the staff has been very good about addressing our issues.

Problems with the installation and an install crew. No boot coverings, broke a Swedish plate on the bedroom wall and tried to hide it. Did not clean windows or ensure that all windows locked with no problems.

Ive worked with other replacement windows companies that didnt make me pay 90% before the windows were installed. Your installers were ok but not great...lock on one door is crooked and they did a bad job cleaning the glass. I got the impression the original measurement was off and Im not sure how they made it fit
