The process was simple start to finish.

Everything. From the first demonstration, follow-up measurements, inspections, approvals and step by step expectations.

Communication needs to be better

Two of the glass panels had noticeable scratches (one was 13 inches long). Both panels are on order to be replaced. These scratches should have been noticed ahead of time. Also, one of the glass patio doors seems to have some cleaning lines/smudges in-between the panes. I am waiting for the on-order panels to be replaced before going after this issue. When one of the fixed glass panels was installed, the installer was too heavy with the caulk. This resulted in a portion of the outside caulk strip to be uneven and highly noticeable from the inside. When asked, the installer removed that section and re-calked. However, this left smears on the window that I had to clean afterwards. Overall, I like the porch enclosure, and the installation was done well. For the cost, there shouldn't be any glass panel quality problems. So far, the staff has been very good about addressing our issues.

Great company. We have used them for our previous home in Michigan (Windows) and now here in NC (sunroom). Very professional and efficient.

Problems with the installation and an install crew. No boot coverings, broke a Swedish plate on the bedroom wall and tried to hide it. Did not clean windows or ensure that all windows locked with no problems.

Ive worked with other replacement windows companies that didnt make me pay 90% before the windows were installed. Your installers were ok but not great...lock on one door is crooked and they did a bad job cleaning the glass. I got the impression the original measurement was off and Im not sure how they made it fit

Start to finish was excellent

- Too much upfront payment. Also Peter at the office said they would not start work until they had received another 30% when 60% had already been paid. Found him to be rude.
-pad the initial salesperson had said the top metal piece on the windows would only be a few inches. It seems like it’s actually almost one and a half to 2 feet wide. If we had known that would’ve probably gotten four glass all the way to the top.
- relatively happy with the outcome. Also, they initially said it would take two days to more like four days. Also not much heads up before they came to install.

Champion of Charlotte was a pleasure doing business with. The team is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, respectful of what we needed for our project, and really listened and worked with us to determine the best solution for our patio roof. The whole crew from salesperson to project manager to the prep and install crew workers to the electrician to the office staff were very attuned to our satisfaction and often answered questions for us before we even had the chance to ask them. The site was very clean and packed up each day they were here, which was helpful as we have dogs that use the yard and in the evenings, we didn't have to be too concerned about stray building materials. The project was done right on the schedule proposed, and the start date happened very ahead of schedule which we appreciated greatly. Now we have an amazing large covered back porch, fully shingled and guttered and built into the back of the house, that looks like has always been there! We could not be happier with the end result.
