I am so pleased with my recent project of having seven windows replaced in my fourth floor condo. The entire process was smooth and organized. Their sales representative, Yianni, was so knowledgeable, respectful and honest. The installation crew was neat and thorough and answered all of my questions. The company kept open communication throughout every step of the process and the timing was quick. Most of all, the quality of the product (Aspect Series) is impressive - I’m already noticing that my bedroom is not as cold because the old drafty windows are gone, and the reduction in outside noise pollution is remarkable.
