The work crew showed up on time and completed the job in a few hours. They were mostly careful and competent, and the results were very pleasing. Only minor failings were a few small blobs of caulk on the shrubs and sidewalk, and a few small shards of glass in the entryway from breaking out the old transom window.

The staff was kind, communicative and did a great job cleaning up and was detail oriented with installation.

ADB installed my original 9 solar panels. They replaced them after 20 years with 14 upgraded panels. This latest project was a new roof. The panels came off in advance. The old roofing stripped and new roofing went on in 1 day. Crew returned and reinstalled the panels.

I am so pleased with my recent project of having seven windows replaced in my fourth floor condo. The entire process was smooth and organized. Their sales representative, Yianni, was so knowledgeable, respectful and honest. The installation crew was neat and thorough and answered all of my questions. My installation was completed efficiently and I am very happy with the service and the communication with American Design and Build.

Office staff is great, roof crew insisted on replacing the roof in the rain. When I voiced my concern, I was told “ma’am, we are professionals, we know what we are doing” they started to remove the roof and it started to downpour. They then were scrambling off the roof to get tarps, but not before the water had soaked down through several inches of insulation in my attic to my ceiling. They were also in such a hurry that the gutter covers that they removed and put back into place were put on crooked so that the rain doesn’t flow into the gutters in someplaces, it runs over to the front and back of the house. Also, they were not attached back to the roof like they should have been and when the wind blew from a storm, they buckled and had to be reattached. I contacted the office and a repair guy came out and he basically said it wasn’t their problem that I “needed to call the company that took them off and put them back on to fix it” I told him it wasn’t their problem his company and he just shook his head and threw his hands up. He did get up on the roof and screwed down the gutter covers but didn’t line them up properly so they’re still crooked and not draining like they’re supposed to.

From start to finish with the process ( i.e., sales, product selection, scheduling, and installation) every individual was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

I have relied on American Design and Build for two separate projects. Window replacement, then a few years later exterior doors. So, I am a repeat customer which says something about the quality and value of their work.

Joni was extremely helpful with the process of having a new roof installed. The install team was fast and cleaned up nicely. Although a few things were missed during the initial clean up, (it was getting dark and pretty windy) they responded right away and took care of everything promptly. I really appreciated the quick follow-up and attention to detail.
