Elite quality of installation, awesome products

I was not happy when my patio door arrived, and it was off by 2.5 inches and had to be remanufactured. This added an additional 5 or 6 weeks to have my project completed. Then when it was installed, it was very sloppy on the outside and the wrong color edging and caulking. While this was fixed later after we pointed it out, I was disappointed in the overall experience.
