I'm very satisfied with the windows. But I am old school and I don’t like not having a hard copy of my sign contract.

Hi there, I have had a few issues with the contract benefits and installation of my windows. Frank Nemec was my sales person and was so focused on the free Penguins Hockey tickets and vacation voucher from Destination Motivation that he mistakenly listed my bathroom window with a code not OBS. I did not know what that meant until the windows were installed. I know I specifically asked for the window to not be clear, now I know this is the opposite of Not OBS. I got an installation quote from Frank Nemec and waited until I saved the money to avoid the inflated APR on a monthly plan. At that point I was told it was too late to get the Pens tickets because it was the end of the season. I went online and personally bought tickets to two more games that season. Who used my tickets? The vacation "voucher" is a scam to lure people into paying more for a trip than they would if they booked on their own. I tried to use it and the number of phone calls and emails was exhausting. After the installation, I got an invite to review the company from Ed Hudzinski. I wrote to him twice explaining I needed the window replaced in my bathroom because the wrong one was ordered. He did not reply. I then wrote to corporate and was able to get support from Demetrius Marbury. After many weeks of continued communication I was told the window would be delivered and installed. Someone from the business replaced the window quickly. I was told that my neighbor Lu Ann Abelson at 209 Adeline would get her $250 referral fee. She has still not received it. I had 30 windows installed by Window Nation, one of which was completely shattered. I was told that the next day someone would call and schedule a replacement of the glass, but no one ever called. It took me six weeks to finally get a hold of somebody. They said that they would charge me for the glass. I told them it wasn't my fault, and we went back and forth. I finally got confirmation that they would replace it at no cost, but I still have yet to hear back about when, even though I was told it would be the first week of June. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Overall the process was okay. The team was actively working on the areas when we toured the finished product.

After they left I noticed that the caulking was subpar and the door threshold was loose and not satisfactory.

Professional job, very satisfied.

Don’t make promise of $100. Restaurant gift card just for consultation! We never received anything

We had been recommending WN but now since we have an unresolved issue we have ceased to recomend. Keeping in mind we are not sure if the issue is material related, installation related or a different issue, but no one has communicated with us since pictures and info of the icing/moisture issue was submitted

I thought the framing inside the windows would be replaced as well. The workers said it wouldn't be and I checked the contract and it wasn't included. I thought I had mentioned it, but I guess I forgot to make sure it would be before signing the contract.

The team did a wonderful job removing, installing and cleaning up! And so fast.

It has now been over 7 weeks since the installers installed a broken window into my home without consulting me. It was supposed to be fixed within a week. After making over a dozen phone calls I have yet to find out when this broken window will be replaced and how much money will be returned. I own a home improvement business and I have never and would never do this to a customer. This has been the worst customer service experience imaginable.

It's been over a month since the installation of 5 window. One of which was broken when installed and we were told it will be fixed in a few weeks. No communication from your company until I posted about it on your FB account. And still I am waiting for it to be fixed.

Easy to get an appointment. Professional installers. Cleaned up and took away old windows.

The crew that came to our house was very efficient, extremely friendly, and personable. I think Window Nation - Pittsburgh, PA did a very good job, and they cleaned up well after themselves.

I’m satisfied with the windows I selected.

They were fast knew exactly each ones job, no standing around and were very nice. The finished job was great. I love my new windows.

Very quick to get someone out for a quote, taking measurements and getting us scheduled for install.

I think 1 small window for 1,600 was way too much. Also flies and ants are still getting in. Not fond of the bottom metal as my cats can no longer sit there. The right lock won’t secure window, completely.

Until my 1 scheduling rep is available. They never call me back. I have a service from my installation that still needs done and I have waited over 3 weeks for a call back

Promises were not met. Part of the agreement was I was supposed to receive tickets to Pittsburgh Penguins game. I received 2 dates to choose from and picked one. I had to follow up 3 times to get a response only to be told tickets were no longer available and I would be provided with future dates. To this day I have not heard a peep.

trying to get Service out here, nobody returning my phone calls and the rudeness of the salesman when I was calling him for about a problem other than what he jumped to the conclusion it was and the difficulty in getting my daughter‘s gift cards for referring us and my gift card because I never received the penguin tickets. Customer Service was not very good.

Had problems and they weren’t resolved.

Customer service , quality of product and overall service

Continued issues and service calls since installation. Currently in week10 of waiting for corrective action

They installed one window without a lock in May and have yet to come fix it. The windows have been retaining moisture since they were installed and all the additional items such as the penguins tickets, gift cards etc were never provided. One gift card that was sent was sent for more items from window nation. After $25k on lack luster windows and slow unresponsive service who would want to purchase anything else. I’m not paying anything towards these windows until they are fixed. I would NEVER recommend Window Nation to anyone. I was bamboozled.

Good salesman knowledgeable step by step what would be done

Everything was very smooth.

They gave me a giftcard I cant use. Bryon and the crew wonderful and the other guys actually showed up on time and I appreciated that because I was dropping my dogs off.

Window Nation replaced 20 windows in our home in less than a day – very efficient! The team was super personable, friendly, and courteous, and the workmanship is fantastic! Very good window quality and price.

I was told in the initial phone call that if I scheduled a meeting with a sales rep within 48 hours, I would receive a gift card. I received nothing. I have called multiple times about this issue. Being told time and again that someone would call me from marketing. No one has. I spent thousands of dollars with your company. If I was promised a gift card, I expect it!!
