There was a measurement issue with own of our windows. The process to fix and get the window made was slow. It took an additional 2 months. They promised additional money off for the inconvenience but no one ever made it happened. Everyone passed the buck…disappointing. Windows were okay.

The only thing that makes me hesitant is the way that pricing can change so quickly, depending on how you respond to whether or not you want to move forward.

Jason was a great salesman, the installers did a great job. Just waiting for scratched glass to be replaced.

I ordered a window to match an exiting window in the room and the colonial muting's were not the same color. I told the manager and he reached out to the sales person and that was a week ago. I have not heard anything of course not since i paid it in full. My mistake is paying it off an not waiting till the product was what I ordered.

I never saw a salesman or windows before they put them in. I asked for information a few times and never got it. I never got a receipt. They sent an email receipt a week later. They didn't send anything that day saying that I was paid. They didn't give any warranty information. The installer was good and that was it. The windows are okay. I am moderately satisfied.

Jason Vogel was very informative and professional, the installation team was amazing…Matt, Blue and their crew were top notch, friendly and extremely funny! They installed 11 windows so quick and perfectly! I would recommend WN to anyone especially Jason V, Matt, Blue and their crew! Wonderful job by all!

! This was a project I put off for years and finally decided to get it done. I did some research and came across an ad talking about Window Nation and made the call with the idea I was going to get other estimates. I was so pleased with initial encounter I signed on the dotted line.
