I would have made it 5 stars except they do not reward customers for referrals. To me that is poor customer service.

WES installed a new gas furnace in my home. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way in the window of time given us. They worked for several hours until satisfied. They made sure we could adjust the thermostat and had no questions. They cleaned up after themselves. The company followed up with a call and an email with some important phone numbers. I am very satisfied with my new furnace and the service.

I was more likely to recommend Washington Energy Services before this last experience. From the date of the initial installation, 12/19/23, it took numerous visits from different technicians to do repairs/modifications to our furnace over the course of three weeks. During this period furnace never did supply adequate heat. It was only after we talked to the Installation Supervisor that he took responsibility for the project and did get our problems rectified so that the furnace was finally able to perform properly.
The crew installing my new furnace and wiring for an electric car and for an induction range were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

While technicians didn't fully understand the work parameters, they did quickly resolve the issue. We are happy with a professionally installed furnace that is an upgrade from before, in both efficiency and features.
