Quality for a reasonable price and installation was done professionally

Salesperson and Installer very super folks to deal with and the Windows are so solid. Has only been a couple weeks but so far so good.

I had to pay 50% deposit before I received a contract to sign.

I would definitely recommend Universal Windows.

Very professional in all phases of choosing windows

The salesperson was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. After that communication is terrible! I had gutters done at my home. I had a third party work crew show up with out any advanced notice, they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing on my job. There was a lot of communication issues. I am still waiting for your company to call me back as I have questions on the job that was done. The crew left a mess at my house used a leaf blower to blow th debris all over my yard instead of cleaning it up. This is the second time I am waiting days for a call back about the same questions I have had since the work was done.

The mechanic was knowledgeable and very precise whit his work.

Kept area he was working clean. He was polite and on time.

Installers are absolute hacks. Not only will I not recommend this company to anyone, I will also tell consumers to steer clear of this company any time I here someone talking about any home remodeling project.

Right now, I'm not sure I would recommend. Robert was amazing and that is about the only good part so far.

Our expectations were not met. You told us they’d arrive between 8-10am and leave between 1-2pm. One guy arrived at 10:30 and left at 8pm. One of the windows was installed with a broken piece of plastic and there were two bubbles in the caulking of one of the windows. Also, we were not warned that there would be toxic fumes from the caulking that would take days for it to air out and us to be able to sleep our bedroom.

We had a very good experience with the company and everyone we came in contact with.

The installation was excellent; a professional, neat install. The price was reasonable and commensurate with the market.

From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience and I am happy with the product.

The installer and his helper did a very wonderful job, they cleaned up the areas as they installed the windows, we couldn't of been more satisfied with the installment.

The gentleman that presented and sold us, our windows, explained how they were made and the ease of operation We are very happy with our new window. And we will definitely recommend universal windows to our friends and neighbors.

The instralation went well. and the windows are great.

The process of purchasing a window was quick. We put in an order on 12/10/ 25. The window along with the subsequent molding and damaged wood repair was completed on 1/30/26. The window which is 6 foot x 3 foot was beautifully installed by Ryan. Thank you, we are very pleased!

Installation was completed much sooner than expected and done. I thought it would take all day but it only took a few hours. It was extremely cold outside. The two men who did the work were very efficient, doing quite well considering the weather.
