Time it got windows done and installed

The installers were very nice and did the the job in a reasonable time period.

From the sales to the install, nothing but top notch! We are getting more windows installed later this year.

Good quality product durablity

Mike and Donny completed our install and were super clean and efficient. We were told our windows would take about 8-10 weeks to come in and they actually came in around 2 weeks.

Delivery was faster than anticipated

From the purchase to thru the installation was very easy.

They came in time. Were quick and detailed with installation

Innumerable small defects (gaps/bubbles/tears in caulk, improperly sized/tensioned/built screens, oil discharge from multiple panels, etc)

Communication was not clear at the beginning of the project. We have 20 windows and the sent one person and told us three days which came up from 2 days.

Great customer service

Everything went as expected at a fair price, I checked with three other window companies and yours was the best deal.

Bait and switch. Was promised $1250 end of year certificate and $50 Amazon gift card. I confirmed that this was on top of my locked in price since I had 2 projects done within last year and was ready to do final phase. She confirmed twice on phone and scheduled for person to take measurements. I drove 3 hours to be there. Then the cert amount in your system was only $750. When associate called to correct, they would not honor what I was quoted AND removed the $750 and Amazon card. DISAPPOINTED. Just DO WHAT YOU PROMISED.

The installers left the metal trimmings from my front window installation in my front yard. Left without finishing the clean up. I have pictures if interested

Was told Saturday install could be scheduled then when windows came in we were told no Saturday installs. After 2 weeks of multiple calls from different people finally a Saturday was scheduled. We were also told if the windows were not install soon we would be charged a storage fee, Not verry customer friendly.

Fantastic job

I am slightly disappointed in the service work that has been provided lately. My one door is still not working properly and I have had someone attend to it now three times.

Installers where very professional and neat, and explained what they had to do to install my door. It looks awesome, very happy with it!

The windows are absolutely beautiful! And they got all the windows in, in one day.

Im still struggling with the price of the windows. The main reason i called was for the buy 2 get 2 and the triple pane upgrade -at $7800 for 6 std vinyl windows -that comes to $1900 a window for the 4----that just seems outrageous-the triple pane would have been nice but i was told that was really not meant for the pgh area-tand after the install i was told how quiet it would be-not even close to quiet---the sales person was super-did her job exactly how she was supposed to do it-i was nervous about the entire experience and while im happy i have the new windows that come with a great warranty-im very dissapointed in the price and not insisting on the triple pane-i really wish someone could explain how we got to the $1900 per window

Salesperson wasted a lot of my time. Was trying to change door type and for 2 weeks we emailed back and forth on design and color only to find she already ordered the door.

The entire process from initial visit to install was performed with quality and customer in mind. Always talk with UWD in your bid process. Glad we did.

I had Anderson do 4 windows a few months ago and I think Universal was a better experience. The quality seems outstanding in comparison.

Yes Mark the salesman was on time very helpful. The person that came to remeasure was on time polite. Mike Morgan and Dave that came to the Sliding Glass door was on time and polite. Kept us informed on each door. Job was completed and cleaned up everything.
