I think my friends deserve better. I think the company can do roofing, but based on my experience, I wouldn't necessarily recommend them to one of my friends.

The entire Mr. Roofing team have been extremely supportive and professional through the stressful process of roof installation. Mike made the early stages of planning and preparation very easy and straightforward. Gerardo and his team of installers made every effort to accommodate us and explain every phase of the install process. He worked with the neighbors to fix any potential issues and gave us a summary of all actions at the end of every workday. Whenever we had an issue, the team worked extra hard to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

They could not get to my roof to fix it in time before the storm because it was leaking; they sent someone to patch a hole until they could do the roof and did not charge me for the patching. No other roofing company will do that. They will not patch a hole before a storm, and Mr. Roofing did so, which I greatly appreciated.

The quality and service were absolutely phenomenal. The only reason I would subtract 2 points is because the price is higher than some competitors.

Mr Roofing solved first time a persistent leak on a complex design (rooftop deck) that our prior contractor had failed to solve in multiple attempts over a two year period! They beat their promised timeline, and even showed up on short notice several times after the project was completed and fully paid to coordinate details with other contractors working on the site. Highly recommend!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Mr. Roofing uses very specific material that would not be right for certain types of roofs so whether I'd recommend them would be dependent on that.

Thorough, affordable, courteous--I highly recommend!
