The gentlemen that helped me were a fantastic team of workers. There was no problem with the workers. The foreman was fantastic. Communication was 100%, and there were no problems.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and didn't upsell us. He gave us a fair assessment of what was needed for our space. Other contractors tried to sell us two more expensive opening skylights, he told us one would be better.

They guided me through the whole process.

Lacking clear communication & follow-up w client & subcontractors. Whole process would have been more seamless.
While I signed the contract w Mr Roofing, Inc, there were quite a few occasions where I felt like a general contractor; being the go-between w them & their sub/partner, Simply Solar for the solar battery. As it is, while Mr Roofing, Inc completed the re-roofing 2 wks ago, Simply Solar is still waiting on their permit to start; even when I advised Simply Solar that the roofing project would start on 9-2-25. Our solar panels have now been off-line for @1 month.
Another area reflecting this was that they finished on 9-12-25 & didn’t seem to line up for scaffolding removal early enough. By the time they got a date, it was to be 10 dys later, wh did not work for us. I communicated multiple times w the project manager that we would not be available for that date, & the scaffolding crew still showed up on that date; frustrating them & us. We were rescheduled for later that week & removal of the scaffolding was completed; 2 wks after Mr Roofing’s crew were done.

We actually enjoyed having the crew here. They were great workers!

They were very professional and prompt. I have not seen the project yet, but my renters say it looks good. The renter sent me a text and said that everybody was polite, and they cleaned up the area well daily.

I got several bids but I took Mr Roofing even tho they were the highest quote. But I felt they would do the best job. I’m happy with the results. 😇
