Installed Roof before rain storm and I feel like they rushed it . Did not install drip shield on garage and drip shield looks wavy . Roof shingles on house is lifted.

She had the patience of a saint answering all my questions, even responding on the weekend. My roof was so bad I had water damage inside my home. Rachel was the calm presence while I was pacing back & forth trying to understand exactly what was wrong, what was needed to remedy the situation and how I could purchase AFFORDABLE QUALITY PRODUCT that still looks expensive & pleasing esthetically. The project manager nor sales rep overlooked one area where a rafter was attached to the wall and as a result it created a hole in the wall. The working crew did not even tell us until we saw ourselves and escalated. It took 2wks to address the issue. If the initial evaluation was done right from the start, we would had talked about possible outcome if removed, recommendations, options to take and scheduling, even if we had to pay a little extra. The end result: material used was not the same as existing rest of the wall even it's free and we waited 2 weeks to resolve after they were done with roofing installation.
