Your affiliate contractors are not as transparent as you are. I'm still waiting for scheduling to return my call for the completion of their part of the proposal. How can I recommend your service if I'm not satisfied with the COMPLETE job.

Installed Roof before rain storm and I feel like they rushed it . Did not install drip shield on garage and drip shield looks wavy . Roof shingles on house is lifted.

She had the patience of a saint answering all my questions, even responding on the weekend. My roof was so bad I had water damage inside my home. Rachel was the calm presence while I was pacing back & forth trying to understand exactly what was wrong, what was needed to remedy the situation and how I could purchase AFFORDABLE QUALITY PRODUCT that still looks expensive & pleasing esthetically. Rachel & the owner at M & M made my home the most beautiful water proof house on the block!

The project manager nor sales rep overlooked one area where a rafter was attached to the wall and as a result it created a hole in the wall. The working crew did not even tell us until we saw ourselves and escalated. It took 2wks to address the issue. If the initial evaluation was done right from the start, we would had talked about possible outcome if removed, recommendations, options to take and scheduling, even if we had to pay a little extra. The end result: material used was not the same as existing rest of the wall even it's free and we waited 2 weeks to resolve after they were done with roofing installation.

M&M Home Remodeling Services were very professional as far as the evaulation of the job that needed to be done. They were probably the most thorough out of all of the companies that I had come in and look at the roof.

Trace was great to talk to. He knew his stuff. Chose them because of recommendation and Trace’s expertise. He was the most professional and qualified. I know a bit about roofing and they were doing it all correctly and they went twice as high with the ice and snow shield. And there prices were really goodI. They did the job correctly and very quickly. Very high-quality work. The house looks brand new again. I would use them again anytime.

I felt like Rachel, my service representative, was very informative. She showed me actual samples of the shingles. It was nice to see the actual roofing materials, and that was helpful in dealing with asphalt shingles. She showed me samples of the ridgeline caps, and I felt comfortable making my decision, including a workmanship warranty with M&M. A lot of the other companies didn't provide a warranty for many years if something goes awry, whereas they do.

The cleanup crew did not do a good job cleaning up.

The entire experience was fantastic! Everyone connected with the project was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, answered all my questions, explained and communicated in a thorough and understandable way. The roofers did an excellent installation. In addition, I was kept apprised every step of the way concerning start date, etc. Well done and kudos to all!

The work was excellent, fast, and the people who worked on my home were very pleasant. They were so friendly and they were fun. It was amazing.

Their work and clean up is very thorough. My roof was a complete tear off and when they were finished they cleaned up and did not leave anything behind but the material they did not use, and they stacked it nicely. They followed up after the project to make sure I was satisfied.

I am really disappointed by the services provided by M&M and team. It was a big project roofing, siding and gutters etc. and they made it **** for me.
They sent the crew to do the roofing project when temps were in mid 20s. I turned them back once, because it is not suggested to do roofing in such low temps. I asked them to delay it until later in the season, but then next day the project lead or the manager pretty much told me that they will send the crew to get the project started. Being first time homeowner, I just felt they know better than me and just wanted to let them do the job.
Things went from bad to worse, sidind job was done when temps were lows 10s and snow was on the way next day. I tried reaching out to project lead but no response, office told me job will be completed in one day. It wasn’t and they left the yard dirty. As expected it snowed next day and wind chills were below freezing in days to come. Half completed job was left as is with dirty yard and snow buried nails for days. I can go on and on but suffice to say it was a nightmare.

When doing to walkthrough and inspecting the job after the roofer and gutter crew were done, I relized the damages they have done to my sunroom roof when removing my gutters. M&M has yet to repair it even when I brought it to there attention. They were more concern about recieving the rest of the payment over their quality work.Its been over two months and my roof still not fix.

I had three singles that were flattened on the peak. I made three calls, and it took a while for them to get back to me. They had cracked three shingles that were on the roof. It was difficult to catch their attention. I even stopped by M&M, and it took two weeks before anybody told me when they would be out to fix it. I ended up getting a flat tire from a nail in the driveway. They did a good job, but they are slow to respond in getting my peak area fixed.

They are very professional and easy to work with.

Company is not what it used to be. I used them in the past and they were excellent. This time they failed to deliver the same quality. Selling point back then was they use their own workers and it showed (all workers wore the same M&m clothing and their vehicles bore the logo as well) This time it appears to me that they sub contract the work out to other contractors. Damage was done to my property as a result of their roofers not placing plywood on the windows which resulted in a scratch on the glass and they never compensated me. Not did they cover my deck and let all the shingles fall on it. Cheaper materials and shortcuts to maximize profit. Failed to install step flashing on half the wall, used cheap hand cut straps to install the gutters instead of the similar ones I had. Did not remove the ice shield barrier near the edge of the roof, instead they installed the new one over it.

M&M has proven to be a reliable company with competitive pricing for quality products.

We previously worked with M&M getting Hardie board siding on the house, and choose them to replace our roof and eavestroughs/gutters. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the responsiveness to our questions.

Salesman did not accept M&M official mailed coupon for $750.00 off roofing. Claimed my cost was already good.
