Legacy Restoration, LLC, is the flagship holding of Mullins Enterprises. Mullins Enterprises, LLC, was established in 2011 as a holding company for businesses that provide restoration and vendor services directly to the insurance industry. The Mullins family has been involved in the insurance property claims space since the late 1980’s, with the founding of ITEL Laboratories by Mark Mullins. The success of the ITEL concept fundamentally changed how the insurance industry processed and paid on flooring, roofing and siding losses. The Mullins family possesses a deep seeded passion for the insurance property loss space and is driven to be positive contributors in the evolution of methodologies regarding the resolution of property loss claims.
