We have had two projects completed by LandMark. We were very satisfied with the first project and were recommending LandMark to others based on that experience. Our second project was a much less positive experience which is why we are hesitant to recommend LandMark and have given this section two stars.

I was very happy with some things and dissatisfied with others. Landmark did resolve all issues but it took a lot of effort.

I am happy with the product itself, the ProVia fiberglass door, but the service was pretty atrocious.

Install was great and went quickly, but some of the white jambs has black scuff marks on them. Also, my screens were all very loose in their frames.

They installed ten vintage style windows in a vintage house in one day and they look and operate great. It’s not easy working on an older structure. The installers were very skillful. Inside and out the frames are seamless with the older house.

I would definitely agree to recommending Landmark.
to friends as well as family members

They as a company are very capable of handling large renovations. We had all of the windows and doors replaced in our home. It was not a two-man job.

We had new windows installed in our townhome and the entire process (from start to finish) was great!! I highly recommend LandMark Exteriors, Inc.

The sales representative at LandMark Exteriors came out and measured for new Marvin windows in a timely manner. The windows were ordered in June but took until the first week of November for all of the windows and screens to come in for installation. The window installation went well however 3/4 of the windows installed had silicone marks, finger prints and smudges on the exterior glass was which I could not remove. The sales representative came out and tried removing the marks without success. Now he is in the process of working with Marvin to either have the windows cleaned by the manufacturer or replaced. At this point I have not heard what the outcome will be but because it is December I assume nothing will happen until spring. So, in the meantime I have new windows which look worse than my original windows.

Though covid delayed the time to receive the windows and door, the entire process was efficient, and the products installed look very nice and work properly.

After sales support has been “above and beyond”. However the Marvin patio door quality is below expectation.

The LandMark team overall was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Project completed as advertised without any problems.
