Excellent experience. We chose Kiss for new floors throughout our entire home. Another flooring company came first and we were not impressed. Thus, we went to Kiss in Harbor Springs as we had seen their ads on TV. From the time we walked through the door until the job was completed the professionalism and skill of every person with whom we interacted was exceptional. We had s very big and complicated job. Heath came and measured and explained options, allowing us to make informed choices. The flooring was ordered and installation scheduled. Austin did a beautiful job with the hard flooring, and Dave and his crew did the same for the carpet. Mike in sales was responsive to all questions. Very happy with workmanship. Installers we're very friendly and professional. I would have liked more communication with staff, prior to the job. I had to call to find out about our appointment and what to do to prepare for the job. The job took two extra days to complete the job and still they didn't have all the product needed to complete the job. I had to wait a few weeks for them to return and finish. I still would recommend Kiss Carpets because of the wonderful installers.

We heard about KISS Carpet through the Ron Jolly radio show. Never went to any other Traverse City carpet showrooms. However, if anyone should ask us to recommend a carpet store, then we would recommend KISS in TC. We had no issues.
