The product is good however the installer needs more english speaking staff so when issues arise they can be dealt with.

That's exactly the point, if the work is not done according to the specifications, what are we doing.

Their customer service was really poor.

The installation was very high quality, and I am happy with the installation and the roof that was provided by Interlock.

The installation team took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. Their craftsmanship seems excellent. The company was able to squeeze us in at the end of the year on short notice.

I own a house, but I'm not a home owner. Property is currently for sale and then I'm headed back to apartment life. In this situation I believe the topic is unlikely to come up.

It's really hard to tell at this point if I am likely to recommend Interlock Metal Roofing to a friend because it is yet to be seen how efficient it will be for saving on electricity. I was confident in choosing them over anyone else because of the material and the warranty.

I'm not sure I'd recommend them to a friend because I think they're not for everyone. They're very expensive and we were told when we first bought our roof over ten years ago, it would be weather-resistant and it wasn't. I'm still kind of sitting on the fence on that.

The overall finished look is not what i was hoping for. Some of the finishing is a bit crude and 'chunky'. In fairness, there has been some attempts to remedy these. Some of the roofing material reminded me of the early days of siding when they would side up to the electrical entrance without removing it, then start the siding again. This is really not a workmanship issue; more of an engineering issue.

Professional installers, answered questions, left site clean after every workday

They're wonderful. They have been very safety conscious, they have provided excellent work, they displayed excellent work ethics, and they were extremely careful about how to work within the property. Very prompt and very professional.

We appreciated the sales person Bryan making adjustments so we could afford this product. In the end it worked out for your company because we did the shop as well. The installers did an excellent job.

Interlock was professional and efficient. We would hire them again for future projects.
