We are so happy with our master bath renovation. From the initial design, to troubleshooting when we found the need for repairs under the floor, the Hopedale team kept us fully informed, provided solutions and advice, and was able to meet both our budget and our desires for design and features. Loved working with all of the team and their subcontractors, and would highly recommend them!

Schedule - Brett and his team did their best to react to the realities of renovating a home built in 1928, including a crumbling foundation, wavy floors and uneven walls. More important, Brett was very good a communicating what was happening each week and what delays to expect.

Brett was able to complete the job with moderate changes to the original plan and was able to come in under our original budget. He was able to start the project immediately leaving us with very little delay in our project.

Hopedale Builders performed as promised within their capabilities, there may always be a hiccup with suppliers or manufacturers that cannot be avoided, that's life. I still talk to Brett as a friend and a professional, and he's always been helpful and cordial.
