Lance is fantastic, came to my house on a Saturday night to stop the roof from leaking. His quoted price was great, I ended up adding extra stuff to the project and it was all completed without any issues.

We had one small glitch towards the end of the project but it was resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. The sales representative was very courteous, informative and friendly. He was the only contractor that I interviewed that actually got on the roof, took photos and made reasonable recommendations.

1. Flashing Color: The newly installed flashing does not aesthetically complement the Virginia Slate roof color or the home's existing exterior colors, including the fascia and soffit.

2. Soffit and Fascia Painting: Painting the repaired soffit and fascia was not included in the project. These areas should have been properly painted and finished before installing the new gutters to ensure a complete, professional appearance.

3. Damaged 2 bushes because the team was careless during teardown. Had to point that out to them during the tearing.

4. A drainage issue at the roof-to-gutter intersection causes rainwater to bypass the gutter and spill over the fascia and soffit. This problem existed before the roof replacement and was specifically brought to Garrett’s attention before the job, with a request to have it corrected.

My main contact was super helpful, friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Communication was easy, and install was completed in a timely manner.
