Was contacted at 6:20 am on the day of the job that rep would arrive at 7 am. Finally arrived at 8:05 am. Was originally told workers get up on roof around 8 and done by 3. All the other jobs in our neighborhood that seemed true. Due to weather delay workers started going up around 8:30. Job wasn't done until 6:00 pm. The debris trailer wasn't removed until 7 pm. Once it was gone I found nails and wood chips still in driveway. My deck wasn't covered fully as promised, shingles were dropped on my skylights, our front plants were damaged, and several areas of our lawn were damaged. Will most likely have to re-sod grass on the side of my house due to damage. I checked my lawn the next day to make sure all the debris was picked up and found an entire sleeve of roofing nails for the nail gun on my front lawn. The next day when I mowed my lawn I ended up with a nail in my lawnmower tire. Overall, I was highly disappointed in the duration of the job and lack of clean up. We have had several rain events since the new shingles were installed, and so far have had no leaks. I am grateful for that.
