Adam Miller was the reason I purchased from Home Pro. He was professional yet became a friend. The first time I met him he asked to check the roof from the top of the house and from the attic.He broke everything down so I understood everything that would be going on. After the job was done he came over to inspect the job and double checked to make sure everything was picked up. The crew that did the work was spectacular. They worked as a complete team. Javier should be very proud of the crew that works with him. Started at 7am and done by 5 pm.

Jared was very easy to work and communicate with. He was on site all day with updates and even followed up immediately the next day after I reached out with a couple questions. The team arrived on time and were very organized finishing our project in one day.

I don't have a problem with the roof itself, but then again, it hasn't rained very hard. Uh, hopefully, it is a good roof. I have no reason to believe it—it's not a good roof. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the person I dealt with, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The main issue was that they didn't listen to me, and there was a difference in opinion about what was said at the beginning. We're satisfied and not planning to pursue it further.

Our sales rep., Ross, was here for most of insulation of my roof, he left for a short time and let me know he was leaving. Ross Checked everything at the end of the install. Two of my neighbors also used the same company on my recommendation and seeing how well they did. The installers were awesome and finished the complete job in a timely manner. I am so happy with them and would recommend them to anyone I know who are looking to install a new roof.

They all work well together, Fast and efficient they did a very good job. The Salesperson Colton is a top notch person excellent attitude and worker, if I was still working, I would have found him a job in the Trades.

I was very, very impressed by Quin, the sales guy. He sold me the product and worked with me on colors and timing. He was absolutely outstanding.

Lance was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Very poor communication from the project manager. He was not at the job and it’s been over 3 weeks and he has not been out to inspect the job. There are issues with workmanship as I don’t believe the shingles were installed correctly.
