Our Patio Rooms are perfect for the Hampton Roads area, providing 10-11 months of use and keeping dust, pollen and rain out. We custom manufacture all windows and doors to size in eighth inch increments giving you a custom designed sunroom with maximum expanses of glass and screen. We handle engineering and permitting designed to meet wind loading requirements up to 130 mph for required Building Permits.
We can renovate or convert ANY brand sunroom of existing sunroom or screen porches to be used Year Round including heat and air conditioning.
We also offer patio covers, and retractable awnings.

Areas For Improvement - It took a little longer to get started than we anticipated, but part of that was the permitting process with the city. Once started everything went amazingly fast.

There was never any trash, nails or debris left out at the end of the work day. For the scope of this project, the impact on is as homeowners was minimal. Addressed all concerns beyond completion of the project.

Construction Quality - Materials are good quality. Workmanship was good except for the porch door which is mounted with a strike plate that does not properly seat flush and makes the door impossible to close unless you slam or try to lift up and to the right.
