Areas Of Satisfaction - The electricians that were part of our project were truly exceptional. Dave Fox has hired the best in the business and the replacement of our electrical box and the details of ideas to help us get the best advantage for our design with lighting and placement of electrical outlets were truly superb. They went above and beyond with their quality of work and craft. In addition, the plumbers went above and beyond to work out every issue and problem we had with our house. They had to deal with a lot regarding our plumbing and finished the job so well.

Additional Comments - Braden Hayes, our carpenter was such a professional and spent a great deal of time making sure each detail was met for our design. His craftsmanship is exceptional and he is a true representative of the superb craftsmanship at Dave Fox.

I am immensely satisfied with the way the entire team of construction professionals worked to remodel my older home and bent over backwards to fulfill my desire in updating the entire look of my kitchen/dining room area.

I had heard horror stories about contractors starting but never finishing, so I decided to hire true professionals!
And they made good on all their promises. And have returned to make small issues better.

The Dave Fox experience was very professional from the first time we sat down with the team until the last time the team was in our house. The work was high quality and we felt like the team went out of their way to make sure everything was right. We knew we had support throughout the project -- our questions would be answered promptly, we would get to talk to people not answering machines, etc. Everything was top notch.

This is the fifth project we have done with Dave Fox. Obviously, I love them, trust them, and believe in the quality of their work.

Additional Comments - We had an ECO plumber in for another bathroom, he asked who did our renovation. We told him Dave Fox and he said that we picked the best.

I would recommend based on result. However the price was definitely high and not always clear what was or was not included. I wish I had asked more questions on certain things.

Design Consultant - We did not come in with a big budget and when that happens it is easy to feel "less than" as a prospect or client. I never felt that way. Brian and his team are just so easy to work with and enjoyable to have around. Early in the project we discussed what we wanted, did not want and all of that was beautifully achieved.

Employees Professionalism - I love how when the workers would knock to come in for the day they would say "Dave Fox!" when they entered. It might be small to Dave Fox but it was really big to me. Additionally, the people hired by Dave Fox were wonderful. They all had only great things to say about how much they liked working with the company. I always felt safe with the workers there. They were so wonderful. This one thing, however, is very important to me and I told others often. Usually people hire "a guy" who can do the project. We knew that is not what we wanted but more than that, we told people that yeah, we didn't get "a guy." When the electric work needed to be done, they brought in their electrician, same with floors and so on. These are the artisans and the real craftspeople who know what they are doing so that we get professionals. That really meant alot to us.

Overall Experience - I've been pretty detailed here but we absolutely loved working with the entire team. We've done many home renovation projects over the years and in all kinds of ways. We also worked at one point with (Elite). All were good enough but no one provided us with the level of service and project oversight like Dave Fox did. Really in all ways Dave Fox is unmatched. It's evident that the team views every detail, ever project (even my little one) as a reflection on the company.

I have already recommended Dave Fox to anyone who asks about our home or looking for a home remodeler. Dave Fox did a wonderful job remodeling our home. From the first meeting to the final walk through you can expect a professional team that is neat, clean and willing to please. Even when there were concerns or problems things were taken care of in a timely fashion to our satisfaction. Communication was constant and really exceeded my expectation.

Everyone was very easy to work with and professional. We made a few decisions and then you took it from there so we didn't have to worry about things every day. The expectations were clear every week so we knew what was scheduled to happen and when.

Dave Fox had a great process from start to finish and it felt like we had a level of transparency and continuity that really took a lot of stress out of the project. They have a great eye for design and balanced our own personal preferences with the best build quality and quality of life for our home over time.

Why Would You Recommend - Great communication, great quality control

I have recently done construction projects on my other properties and I thought this one took too long and the costs were inflated.

Initial plans that prompted us to sign with Dave Fox did not materialize. Our stone work on the front of the house desperately needed replacement and we thought DF found us a good deal. They did not and we were left to find our own source which delayed completion by months!
