This is the 3rd time I have had a home custom built. After the numerous problems with the first 2 homes (built by other builders), I was determined not to ever build again. Matt convinced me that it would not be that way with Cobblestone. He convinced me to build with Cobblestone. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. I wish I had made this decision years earlier. The selection process was smooth, the construction process was thoroughly explained, and the follow up has been consistent. Promises made - promises kept. Thank you!

the original feature and pricing sheet was hard to understand as it was too briefly described certain things, especially around appliance allowances (what is or is not an appliance), and pricing around change notices, which again was too briefly described

We highly recommend Cobblestone to anyone looking to build a new home. The whole team (including the subs) showed an unwavering focus on quality, addressing customer concerns as best they could, and built our forever home as if it were their own. Everyone was great to work with and our expectations were exceeded throughout the whole process. We love the final product and are so happy that we chose them as our builder.

Was the first home we built out of 8 that we knew even if there would have been any problems they would take care of them. There were no problems which is impressive.

I find Cobblestone Homes very responsive. I have never found with a builder that I could reach out to someone and get an answer, but Cobblestone Homes does that.

All in all, Cobblestone did an amazing job. I've built four homes prior to this one, and Cobblestone far and away outperformed every other builder I've work with in the past. Their design and selection process is second to none. Their attention to detail and making things right is superb. All of this comes at a price, but it's a price well worth paying. I would highly recommend Cobblestone to anyone thinking of building a home.

Cobblestone homes listened to what we wanted with our budget and presented options to fit. Also presented ideas that we weren't aware of. The entire building process was very easy and enjoyable.

Already have ! Have friends that will be moving from out of state to the Bay City area in the coming year(s) and we shared our Cobblestone experience with them. We have also given Cobblestone contact info to people in the HOA who have friends considering to build in our community.
