Best Choice Roofing didn’t deliver to expectations based on the consultation with the sales person. I was told if I decided to finance, there would be zero interest if paid in full year 1. My lawn was left damaged. And three weeks later, I’m still picking up debris.

Given overall job performance, would recommend a local company before Best Choice Roofing.

Quality workmanship

The whole process has been nothing but a headache. I feel the sales team over sold me on my expectations. The production team has dramatically disappointed with poor communication and the job performed. The drip guard is wrinkled right in front of my house. The lowest shingles extend too far making my gutters next to useless. I was told the install would be 6/3. People showed up at my house on 6/2 to drop off supplies with no communication this would be happening. On 6/3, supplies were left in my yard without any communication that the roof was finished or when they were coming back to get the left items. We got the premier package with the “catch all” system. The large blue tarp had visible holes in it. We found numerous roof tacks on our deck and throughout the yard. I’m sure it would’ve been worse without the “catch all” system, but again I feel like I was over sold and over promised about the effectiveness of this service. My wife has spoken to Tyler about coming back out to fix the drip guard and the overhanging shingles. He said he would be by this week. Again, no communication of the dates or times he will be here. Also, I still have no been provided with a certificate of completion which I need to send to insurance to get the full check back from them. Based on my experience so far, I fully regret using best choice roofing. The only positive take away is that I do have a new roof on my house.

The customer service was exceptional. The timeliness of the project was good. The salesperson and the project manager were excellent.

The process took some time, but Best Choice negotiated with my insurance company themselves and came to a very nice settlement. They did a very nice job on my roof and clean up was great. You really couldn't tell they had been there except for the great looking roof! Very pleased with the job.

Yes I would and I have told my brother about them bc he is building a home right now as I’m typing this and I would go with them again. I do feel they have done all they could to meet my expectations and the workers were hard workers and they know what they are doing. Brenda in the office is a sweetheart and my sales Joseph was a nice guy too. I just not go that day and him and his helper was running late which then put my day behind and interrupted with the rest of my plans. So yea I just agreed to go with them and I don’t regret my decision. My roof looks great the serria sand is gorgeous!

I am always very hesitant to have contractors do something for me... especially, if it's something that I could do myself. Obviously, I couldn't reroof my own house! I'm so glad that I couldn't even try because Best Choice did a 100% excellent job!

The representative that came to the home was not properly trained and provided incorrect verbage which cause incomplete work wanted.
