Workers hit the ground running. They knew exactly what they had to do and they went to work right away and stayed at it until the job was done. Excellent team and excellent teamwork.

The communication from the production team was very poor. It was really hard to get answers about what was happening with our roof as the workers were working on it. There was not anyone we could work with on site that spoke English, which was really challenging. There was also a clear disagreement between the solutionist, whom we had met with and specked out the project and what it would entail, including redecking the entire rook, and the production team and what they thought should be done for our situation. The project did not go as planned right from the start. We got a lot of run around and excuses as for why they were not following the plan as we had agreed to at the beginning.

The Best Choice personnel couldn't have made the whole process easier for us. Everyone we had any dealings with were so happy to assist us and got everything rolling as fast as possible. Our roof looks great, and we were especially impressed with their thorough clean-up. Nathan was always willing to talk with us and answer our questions. Great experience all around.

It was prompt because it was done in one day. They used quality materials, and I only have to do this once every 20-30 years, and I made the right choice.

First thing, they lied about credit pull being a soft pull, it was a hard pull. The finance company actually pulled my credit 2x, once in December and again in June because it took them that long to do the work. Work was supposed to be done by February, it was not done until April. So of course they had to run it twice. They did shotty work. They left fringes on the shingles which were jacked up, so they had to come back. They also ruined my front patio screen. Furthermore, they have not fixed it and are now ignoring me.
