Drake personally went above and beyond what he was required to do. He kept on and on because State Farm didn't want to replace my roof the first couple of times, and they kept saying it's okay, and they did repairs and everything, but it didn't look right. They finally sent another adjuster out, which was Drake, and said I definitely need a new roof.

When one of your representatives goes on vacation or military duty you need to alert the home owner ahead of time. Also it would be nice to have had someone else step in and help to answer our questions. That would have taken the pressure off of the absent representative as well as helping the home owner to know that their texts and phone calls were being answered.

It took 3 appointments to have someone come to my house to do an estimate. They didn't put flashing from my roof to my porch and it was part of the agreement. The manager came here while they were doing the work. He said I'll check into that. Then they had to come back the next day. Remove shingles to do the job right and my deck got soaked the night before they came back and done the work right.

I am satisfied.

Best Choice Roofing didn’t deliver to expectations based on the consultation with the sales person. I was told if I decided to finance, there would be zero interest if paid in full year 1. My lawn was left damaged. And three weeks later, I’m still picking up debris.
