I had to call them back to actually fix the underlying rotten boards in the roof, and they also left dozens of nails around my home, and destroyed a young tree. These issues were repaired, but only after I had to go back and forth with their service manager for several days.

Pick up all visible nails in driveway. I had to pickup over 20 nails and still
.had tire damage . Otherwise all seems okay although I haven't been on top of my house .

They were quick and fast.

Supervisors answered every question I asked with integrity , got the feeling that we gave the job to the right people , workers did a great job, my roof looks great

There was an unfortunate misunderstanding in the contract where I thought I was paying for a task involved in the roof installation, and it was not included in the contract.

All were very polite and kept yard clean. Worked did not goof off.

Because i ended up cleaning up left over roofing materials and so far have had 9 punctured mower tires and still picking up nails, i probably wouldn’t recommend.

Tim O’nan stopped by my house after being in the neighborhood. He was very courteous and thoughtful. He noticed I had missing shingles from my roof. He offered me a free estimate to just get a better understanding of the condition of my roof. After inspection we learned there was so many shingles missing that weren’t visible from the ground. In fact there were 50 on one side and 10 on the other side missing. From start to finish, Tim took the initiate to help guide me through the process from contacting my insurance company, meeting them onsite and handling all the paperwork necessary to file my claim. My roof looks so awesome. So much that my neighbors have reached out to comment on it. The entire team did a wonderful job.

Ruined my yard; now spending tens of thousands of dollars to replace 18 year old crape myrtles, bushes, sod, and all the flowers. I have lots of pictures. I thought they’d let me keep the last check since I’m having to spend ten times the amount to replace everything they killed.

I have no problem with the roof; it looks fine from the ground. The installers were fast and efficient, and it looks like they did a really good job. The sales department, however, was horrible. I applied for a loan in case I needed one. In order to activate the loan, they said I would receive a card, and as soon as I make a payment, it should activate the card. The very next day when I looked at the email the loan company sent me, the interest rate was unbelievable. I replied to the email telling them I was not interested in the loan anymore. I had a check for the remainder of the balance to give to Best Choice Roofing. After he came for the final inspection, I went with the check to pay for the remainder of the roofing. I went to Best Choice Roofing to pay the balance and was informed that the balance was paid by the insurance company. I am not sure how they got into that loan that had yet to be activated to pay for the roof. So instead of having a balance that was paid off, I now have a $10,000 loan. I gave the lady the check and told her that I never authorized that they could use the loan for the payment. The salesperson knew that I wasn't in a position to pay for the roof. They did some shady stuff, and in the meantime I have gone back to Best Choice to retrieve the check. My sister reissued another check and sent it to the loan company, and I would not recommend them at all. I have no idea how someone who is not on the account could activate the account. Best Choice Roofing said that there was nothing they could do about it.

Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement needs to do better. I don't know if they hired a third party, but they need to hire people within their company and not hire subcontractors. Their installers left trash in and around my house all the time.

Everyone I worked with was helpful and professional. My new roof looks great.
