They got things done very quickly

I was told by the salesperson that they would be monitoring the job but never heard from him that day or since. Very unhappy with the roofing job. Waves and ripples in the front, shingles with buckled up lips, drip line in the back not functioning, rain dripping over the gutter. They are Brand new gutters. I had the installer come over and he indicated this was the issue. Shingles in ridgeline over the garage already buckling. Terrible job and I wish I never agreed to it, bad mistake.

I talked to the salesperson and someone else. They were really good people. I talked to the roofing supervisors. They did an excellent job. I had a roof replacement. I moved here in 1980 and I had one new roof put on since then. Time went on and we thought that we needed to do some modernization to the house. I found several on Google and then got in touch with this company. I talked to the representative and they came out and looked at my roof. I really didn't ask questions because I had a different idea as far as paying for it and everything. We were going to get a loan with our home equity. We started on that and they were here. I got confused. The roof is beautiful. I never really asked what it would cost. The price was okay and I got what I wanted. Our house is paid off and the deed was held up. They told me I could go online and make payments every month. I want to pay it off. We have an appointment with the bank to get the loans started. I need to get in touch with someone about a payment. I want to get the loan so I can get it paid off. I can pay payments until we get the loan.

They did quality work, with quality time, expert guidance and professional care.

Roof was done as expected. Clean up perfect. Representatives explained right down to the cleanup. My only problem is that they promised me a free cruise or a free resort which I have not seen anywhere work on this?

Nothing was as promised, the installers caused damage to my home and required two sets of contractors to repair. There was a total mess left behind with no regard for my home or lawns condition. It took eight trips back to my home to fix all of the shortcuts they took. Worst experience I have ever had hiring a contractor.

Verify material quatities prior to ordering.

Best Choice Roofing was very knowledgeable in helping with my roof replacement. Clear communication from helping me make a claim to installation. I was kept up to date on everything from start to finish. The roof installation was fast, crew did an excellent clean up job. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone.

Donavan has not finished the job

Dissatisfied with this company in EVERY possible way. The Third party inspection still has not been done. Was told someone from the Corporate office would contact us 30 days after our final payment cleared, which was
October 29, 2025.

The respect given to me as a valuable client!

The commercial said I would get gift card and other stuff for them coming out to talk to me. I called the manager a couple of times to come visit me, and I never got a call back. I don't think the company who won't keep it's promises in its ads, or the manager who said he would call and get back with me, is a very good company. Why would I recommend them to anyone?

I like the kindness from the salesman Exzavier shout out to him. He was through and punctual.

Left wood rot that resulted in a failed inspection and impacting sales contract.

Everyone was great to work with. They really helped us get our much needed roof replaced at a price we could afford.

Because I feel like I got the wrong product. The color is not the color that I ordered. Too many **** hoops to jump through to try to get everything corrected. No customer service whatsoever from the folks at Best choice roofing. I would not recommend them to anyone. They had me fill out credit form to take care of my out-of-pocket expenses. And then called me asking me why that I haven't paid it yet they never turned in the credit application for me. I had to jump through hoops to get that taken care of. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Ever!

It seemed very nice, but when they started the work it went downhill.

The gentlemen doing the job were swift an efficient as well as polite. Your salesman, Nate, also, is very polite and helpful.

I’ve been waiting over a month for someone to come finish the job and I have contacted the company 8+ times and haven’t gotten a call back. Crew that started the job went through our shed and personal belongings. They also opened our crawl space for no reason and left it open so rain water got into it. I was also lied to in the beginning that the payments wouldn’t start until 60 days after install but got a call from the loan company 2-3 week later asking what the hold up was.
