Lack of communication - lack of information - windows not manufactured according to the order.

Awesome crew! Polite, answered any questions we had, clean up afterwards and and just great guys.

Will recommend this quality product with a caveat. We ordered the door late January and had it installed mid August.

The installer was very thorough. He explained everything. He worked very fast. He did a great cleanup. We are very satisfied with the product so far. His name was Micheal.

When we have someone talking about new windows, we will recommend Bee Windows.

Each contact point was very professional and friendly. Windows installed a few weeks earlier than originally expected. Installation crew worked very neatly and finished installing seven windows in one day.

From start to finish, I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've had with a company. Everyone was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were quick to answer all our questions and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Job was nicely done for the most part. It took several months to get it completed due to measuring errors and remanufacturing delays. And a large damaged portion of wall was never repaired.

Absolutely, but the person would have to have enough discretionary money.

Product and service

I was told by the installer that the top window plastic area around the glass was cracked somewhere & would be replace. I only paid 1/2 of the cost until top window is replaced🤷🏻‍♀️

Little upset no one from bee window reached out after the job was completed. For the amount of money would’ve like someone to do a walk around answer questions etc. the installer did and did a great job, very unsatisfied with the sales, basically after I signed the paper all communication was done.

The metal wrapping around the trim of window is not correct. They used caulk to cover up bad cuts. The exterior caulking around the windows was never tooled to seal the joint, just a large 1/2” bead everywhere. Also every time we close a window the top window drops an inch. Not allowing us to lock the windows unless you push the top window back up. I have reached out through our salesman who was great by the way. We have not been contacted about any of our concerns. It has been two months and not a word!
