The installation, schedule and quality is what i would recommend most.

My job is not done. The quality of my door is horrific, and the gentleman failed to put my alarm system back.

The guys were focused on my window installation. They fixed unexpected little issues in a satisfactory fashion. They communicated well with each other. They finished in one day. I love my new windows and expect to be warmer this winter.

We had both a new shower/toilet installation as well as new basement windows. Both jobs were completed with very good results both cosmetically and functionally. The installers for both jobs were very nice and polite and hard working. Very pleased.

Were still waiting ! One Entry door & 2 Storm doors ordered on 7-2-26. Installers arrived on 8-26-26. Entry door was installed.(An excellent job) But, they had the wrong storm doors ! I was told by Indy that order went in wrong. Looks correct to me. I asked that order be rushed. We have never been without storm doors.I don't like it---I don't feel safe . I feel , we deserve a discount , for having to wait for 2nd order. I had gotten 3 estimates, on doors, when we decided on Bee Doors. You are certainly not the cheapest, but since we are so pleased with our new Bathroom that Bee installed last year, we decided to go with you again. Also, I did recommend Bee to my neighbor, who also needed doors. She talked to same Sales Rep on same day as us.

The workman who came out was excellent. He was very detail-oriented and did a very good job. His name is Mike.

Being a project manager, Bee Window was by far best priced along with best quality. The sales Rep Jeff is absolutely amazing. Install team was on time, went over scope of work being done and did an amazing job on the install, making sure all questions or concerns were addressed and taken care of.

The guy and his son that showed up to do the work were great.

Our installers, Brian and Cameron, were awesome. They were so kind and funny, they showed that they cared about us and our home and even asked about our pets to make sure they'd be safe during the install, and their work and craftmanship is fantastic. Our new window looks SO GOOD on the inside and outside!

The guys who came to our house were friendly but also knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.

Never heard from the sales person again after the sale. The measuring guy changed the colors delaying the install by 4 weeks. Still waiting on the shower seat to be installed.

Will recommend this quality product with a caveat. We ordered the door late January and had it installed mid August.

The installer was very thorough. He explained everything. He worked very fast. He did a great cleanup. We are very satisfied with the product so far. His name was Micheal.
