I doubt that you really want to hear what I have to say!!! No, I would not recommend your company to my worst enemy!!! At this point I have no idea whether the actual windows are any good or not. Only time will tell on that. The cost was exorbitant. Rick Provencal, the sales person, told us in the beginning (end of May 2026) that our job would be done approximately the 1st week of August. First week of August came and went. No workmen showed up and no one called. My husband called in and we were told installation would be 1st week of September. That week came and went and no one called. My husband called in. We were told 1st week of October. We lost interest on the balance due because we cashed in CD to have the balance due to make payment in August. You were missing the mark on all counts up to that point. Bee Windows was not treating us like customers they cared anything about!!! Then on Monday, October 5th 2 wonderful workmen (Tyler & Clayton) showed up. They were fantastic workers. We were super thrilled with them. You should give them raises and cut the pay of the other people we had to deal with!!!! For 6 days Tyler & Clayton installed our 31 windows. They were your best representatives of your company. 2 weeks AFTER the entire job was finished we received both texts and emails that our order was complete and the installation team would be showing up on Monday, October 5th to install our windows!!!! They had already been installed 2 weeks before!!!! Would never buy from Bee Windows again, nor would I ever recommend them!!!!!! Thank you for reading my feelings about your company. I would appreciate feedback from the office, especially since one of my windows arrived damaged and will need to be replaced. While the installer made me aware I have had no follow up from the office regarding the completion of my very expensive window job.

This was a **** show from the beginning. After installation, back three times to try and fix slow drain and leaks. Leaks still an issue but I have given up trying to get it fixed by BEE employees.

The product I wanted with a full screen and window that slides both ways is not the custom window I received. You prices were one of the highest estimates I received. I choose to go with Bee because of your warranty and guarantees around the installation. I chose the best product available and I expected it to have more features. I am not fully satisfied with the price I paid and the product that I received. I have requested an additional discount off the price that I paid for this window, but it does not look like that is going to happen.

The Bee Window service was great, and the timeframe was great. There were no problems. Everything was great, and the work was beautifully done.

I had an install date for September 18th for patio door and walk in shower. They were to arrive between 8 and 9 am. I had taken the day off work. By 10 o'clock I called my salesman Teddy Bradley. Left a msg. I then called Cameron. Left him a message. Cameron got back with me and told me that they had a problem with the job the day before so they would not be coming out for the shower install. The patio door installer called. He said he did not receive the correct part for the door handle. He said he had to go back to the shop and would arrive around 11:20. He did not show up until ten till 1. The door installer was here until 7 pm. He did not have the toe lock so he said someone would have to come back another day. I called Teddy to give him dates I would be available. He said I would have to call Cameron or Josh because he said he had nothing to do with setting up appointments. I called Cameron a few times. I text him. Text him the 24th of September. He text me back that he would be get back with me the dates they are available. He disregarded the dates I provided. I have not heard back from anyone.

I would highly recommend Bee Window, Inc.

Overall happy with my final product, but didn’t have the best end to end experience

Mike did a great job installing but the scheduling needs a lot of work. A follow up to install towel bar took 3 appointments the first 2 were no show. The salesmen time line was off by weeks. It was 2 weeks longer to get materials and then numerous week to schedule work.Not what I was told at the time of sale. I had to call as no one contacted me at the time the materials should have been here.

I love the product; it's excellent. I didn't appreciate the instllation service.

My job is not done. The quality of my door is horrific, and the gentleman failed to put my alarm system back.

The guys were focused on my window installation. They fixed unexpected little issues in a satisfactory fashion. They communicated well with each other. They finished in one day. I love my new windows and expect to be warmer this winter.
