Everyone from sales, design and construction was very nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the process of building our home with Ashton Woods. We have already recommended it to other friends.

Yes. But they need to improve regarding the closing process and ensuring that payments are transferred correctly and within a timeframe. Because I left my parents, requested the payment several times, and my request was not granted. Therefore, there was not enough time for the payment to be credited to the creditor's account. As a result, I suffered financial losses.

The sales person was very unprofessional and not very communicative. She made me a favor of selling the house rather than me, was her words. The sales person and realtor were not really good. Overall, the project manager and the warranty people that were part of the warranty were good.
