Andrew Pyle was responsive, I was able to reach him via text message day or evening.
I have consistently had issues with receiving documentation and have had to request several times. Response to complete work has been difficult.
Dave Alexander did a nice job of coming out and talking with us. He was personable, professional, and courteous. He was careful in his assessment of our roof. We appreciated his follow-up and his comments. He followed up with us on the actions and also for documentation afterwards. We are satisfied with his handling and leaving of the installation.

Initially, the customer service was lacking with the first person I dealt with. However, once the account was taken over by another person, the service was excellent. I was kept informed of everything as it went on. I would give it a very high rating, although my initial experience was not too terrific.

Apple Roofing replaced our roof, gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. The work crew did their job and cleaned up the yard after work was complete. There was no loud music or voices.
McKenzie, who started the job, wrote the bid, and was in charge of it, did an absolutely wonderful job. I would recommend her and Apple Roofing to anyone I know.
The roof is fine. The inspector said they did a good job. My claim included insulation and gutters. The gutters were supposed to get painted to match the trim and screens that were to be repaired, but this has not happened.
I have no complaints with the workmanship. The customer service I found to be lacking. There is a particular reason why I have a complaint with their customer service. During the process of delivering materials, the delivery truck left tread marks on my driveway. I notified the company and the rep took pictures of it. They didn't respond for several weeks. Finally, the representative came out and instead of power washing my total driveway, he put some cleaner down on the areas that had the marks. The result of that, is now I have blemishes on every area he put the cleaner down.
We were very pleased with everything Josh Brown did for us on this experience. I can't express how well everything went and how well he kept us informed. It went much better than expected.
