Architects and customers are specifying more and more stain grade millwork. Even with your greatest efforts, some woodwork will be damaged during construction. When the punch list shows up with dents, scratches, mars and other wood damage, what do you do? We have surveyed customers on behalf of Alkat Restoration in Raleigh, NC; Cary, NC; Durham, NC; Morrisville, NC; Garner, NC; Charlotte, NC; Winston Salem, NC; Wilson, NC; Rolesville, NC; Pembroke, NC; and 19 other cities in North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Florida and Maryland.

In this report, Alkat Restoration has published a summary of the customer feedback they've received since they joined GuildQuality in June 2016. In that time, 46 out of 143 customers (32%) responded to a GuildQuality satisfaction survey, with the most recent response in August 2017.

Alkat Restoration surveys all of their customers with the following exceptions:
