Overall, I was just super satisfied with the overall experience, from beginning to end, from the very first day, when I called them. Alicia, in the office--she was phenomenal. We were in a tough time with a different vendor, after going with our first visit to meet with Rick and Shane. All the guys in the shop made us feel like there was light at the end of the tunnel. They did everything. They had samples to pick from, and we picked a hickory wood floor we fell in love with. When it came to install, the team was a gentleman and younger gentleman. They were so professional and so nice--just awesome. I felt completely at ease with them here in my home, and I cannot say enough great things about them.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was just satisfied with their craftsmanship, and the way they were able to just work with our staircase. A previous vendor recommended something awful for our staircase. It would have been cutting it up, and he told me, 'Don't do that to your stairs; it will ruin your stairs.' He came in--not even in trying to get me to go with him--and he said, 'Don't do that your stairs.' Basically the other vendor wanted us to do laminate on our stairs. Thankfully, they did custom work on our staircase with wood. Shane stained it himself. Everybody who comes to our home says how awesome our staircase looks. I'm just so happy.

Over the course of four and a half months, I had been stuck with wood floor refinishing contractors who either abandoned the job halfway or would string me along for weeks before telling me they don't do that kind of work. Once I got in contact with Ability Flooring, the time between the consultation and the completion of a beautifully restored floor took all of three days. I only have one wood floor, so I can't use their services again for a very long time. But I would recommend Ability Flooring to anyone in need of wood floor restoration without hesitation.

It's one of the few companies that actually delivered what they promised!

Lead Source - I actually heard about them from another acquaintance, they had done the work in their house so we were able to see the work they had done. It was very nice. There were also 2 or 3 other people who were satisfied customers as well. I have never heard anything bad about them and you want to go with a company like that! We thought their prices were very reasonable as well and we didn't even bother to get another estimate after we saw their work!

Ability exceeded our expectations from the estimate to the finished job. We were skeptical about how well our 50 year old floors would clean up and how expensive the job would be. Our old floors looked like new on day one when the sanding was finished and there was no dust left behind. The price was very reasonable and affordable. The hardest part was removing all our furniture from 3 bedrooms and clothes from the closets. Our floors look and feel fantastic.

Our entire experience with Ability Flooring showed they are a family friendly company with the upmost professionalism. My husband and I had various complicated issues in our home due to other home remodeling delay's and Ability Flooring did everything above and beyond our expectations to adjust to our changing needs. While most homes might not go through all the complications we experienced, it certainly showed the extent to which you can trust and rely on them to be flexible in all your needs to make your flooring project a complete success.
